Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes and get yourself in a comfortable position.
And just taking a moment now to center yourself,
To be present,
To breathe and just become as aware of your body,
Of your mind,
Of your emotions as you can.
This is a guided meditation to help you turn your day around.
If you know you have a tough day ahead or you've had a tough day already,
This is the perfect meditation to help you shift your frequency.
And so taking a moment now to acknowledge what you are going to face or what you have faced.
What is the thing that is causing you fear,
Sadness or stress or whatever it is that you're experiencing at this time.
And as you bring it to the surface,
Just noticing,
Just feeling.
And just take a moment to scan your body from head to toe.
And just notice where in your body this energy lives,
This fear,
Pain,
Once again,
Whatever it is.
And once you find it,
I invite you now to deepen your breath and slow it down.
It's as if with your in-breath,
You're allowing this energy to open up and expand.
And on the out-breath,
You're gently and slowly releasing some of that pressure or heaviness.
Just continue to focus on your breath,
Breathing into it and breathing it out gently.
Slowly,
Deep breaths.
And now we're going to call in some assistance.
So just taking a moment,
If you like,
To place your hand above your heart.
And as you breathe in,
Set the intention to call forth a higher power.
This could be an angel,
Your higher self,
Someone who has passed on or a spirit guide.
You just need to take a moment to set this intention for yourself and know who you wish to call forth.
And now that you have done this,
Taking a moment of gratitude,
Trusting that their energy and their frequency will uplift you and help you today.
Today,
I call forth this higher power to assist me,
To bless me and my path,
Allowing me to shift this frequency within me so that I can expand and grow,
So that I can live in love and light.
I call forth your help,
Your blessings now.
And beginning to feel the presence of this higher power,
Feeling a beautiful,
Soft,
Gentle energy of light fall down around you,
Surrounding you,
Gently moving down from the top of your head,
Down your shoulders,
Down,
Down your body,
All the way to your toes.
And as this energy surrounds you,
You feel an immediate sense of peace,
Tranquility and safety.
You can feel this energy gently washing away that darkness,
That heaviness that is all around you now.
Already feeling a sense of connection to something greater,
Something more powerful than us and this world.
And now feeling this energy expand even further outside of you.
So wherever you are,
This energy is growing,
Protecting the entire space that you're in,
Whether you're in a room or a building or a house or outside.
Think of it like a huge energetic bubble,
Huge energetic shield,
Creating a very powerful field inside that keeps you safe,
Uplifted and connected.
And so just taking a moment to sit in this energy,
To enjoy this energy,
Allowing you to relax even more,
To feel even safer and even more loved and protected.
And now I invite you to reawaken that feeling that lives in you,
That emotion.
And once again,
Just notice how it feels now,
If it's a little bit lighter or still very heavy,
And that's fine too.
And once again,
Now inviting in that intentional deep breathing,
Breathing into it and gently allowing yourself to let it go with the out-breath.
And now as you breathe in,
You're going to breathe in some of this beautiful frequency that's around you,
Intentionally placing it into that energy that is holding you down.
If you like,
You can visualize beautiful soft particles of white light entering your body.
And on the out-breath,
See that energy gently being released as a dark cloud.
Continue to focus,
Breathing in this high,
Powerful frequency.
And gently releasing the toxins,
The heaviness,
The pain,
The suffering.
And now we're going to invite in intentional breath.
So instead of this emotion,
The situation that you feel or that you're carrying with you,
What would you like to feel?
Really take a moment to think about that.
And now that you have found it,
As you breathe in,
You're going to call in that frequency,
That intention.
Feel that energy,
That emotion entering your body,
Connecting to your heart.
Slowly merging with it,
Slowly becoming one with it and calling it in.
And letting go of the opposite.
And as you do this,
Begin to feel the expansion within you.
Feel the activation in your heart and begin to see a light forming in your heart,
As if your heart is waking up.
And now take it even further by reminding yourself of the most powerful frequency that lives in your heart.
Take a moment to awaken the greatest love you have ever felt in your life.
Awaken the energies,
The memories,
The sensations,
And allow those feelings to begin to expand in your heart.
Allow them to grow stronger and bigger and more powerful.
Allow yourself to become one with this love.
And once it grows,
Begin to expand it even more,
Creating a new energy field inside you.
Allow this energy field now to expand even more outside of your body and allow it to grow as big as you can make it.
All the way outside of the bubble that you have created.
And taking a moment now to bathe in this beautiful,
Beautiful light.
Calling in once again this gratitude and setting this intention for the rest of your day and carrying this light with you no matter what.
As you take a moment of gratitude,
I invite you to begin to bring awareness back into your body.
If you like,
You can begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers as you slowly,
Slowly bring yourself back.
When you're ready,
Take a deep breath in to wake up the body and a breath out.
Take your time.
When it feels right,
Come back and open your eyes.
