Hello everyone,
And welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes.
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Breathe in and let go of any stress,
Anxiety,
Any worries.
Bring yourself here,
Now,
Be present.
Calling down your guides to assist us today throughout this meditation,
Inviting a beautiful white light to shine down.
Surround you from head to toe,
A beautiful shower of light,
Of high frequency,
Loving and gentle energy.
Washing away any heaviness,
Any toxicity,
Any negativity,
Or any energies and frequencies that are holding us down.
Releasing,
Clearing,
Purifying,
And now inviting this white light into our hearts,
Merging with our chest,
Entering,
Swirling around your heart,
Clearing and cleansing and uplifting your heart,
Opening your heart,
Opening the energy to be receptive.
And invite this light to wash away any of that heaviness,
Any of that toxicity,
That pain that you may still be carrying.
And I want you now to think of a time in your childhood,
A time where something happened,
Something happened and that never left you.
To this day,
To this day,
This memory is stuck in time,
Never evolved,
Never grew,
Never got better.
Just an endless cycle of the same memory,
The same pain,
The same fear.
Maybe somebody failed you or somebody hurt you or somebody let you down.
And so remember,
Go back to that moment.
Allow yourself to be there as if you could go back in time.
How old were you?
Where were you?
What was the weather like?
What time of the year was it?
What time of the day?
I want you to picture yourself now as yourself,
As an adult,
Here and now,
Going back to that time,
As if you're watching yourself,
As if you're watching a movie.
And I want you to walk into the scene just before the trauma,
The memory,
The pain,
The suffering,
The event happened.
And as you walk in,
That scene is frozen,
Frozen in time.
I want you to walk around that space,
Take it all in,
Allow those emotions to come up and trust yourself,
Trust your intuition,
Listen to your feelings,
Walk up to little you,
Kneel down and unfreeze them.
They see you,
They know who you are.
This is your opportunity to save them,
To tell them what they needed to hear,
To love them,
To be their hero.
And so tell them,
Tell them exactly what they needed to hear.
Take this time to really express that to them in every kind of way you think you can.
Thinking back,
What did you wish?
What did you wish that somebody would have told you,
That somebody would have done differently,
That would have helped you,
That would have made it better?
What did you need that you did not get?
Tell them how much they matter to you,
How important they are,
How valued and loved they are.
Make them feel your love,
Your support,
And that they will never,
Ever feel alone again.
They will never be let down.
And hug them,
Hug them with all your passion,
With all your heart,
Allow them to feel that energy that unconditional,
Powerful love that is emanating from you.
And as you do that,
They smile,
They feel it.
And now you look at them and you say,
You don't have to be stuck here anymore.
You don't have to go through this any longer.
Come with me.
Come home and see them smiling and nodding,
Feeling the relief,
The joy.
And they'd slowly begin to shrink into a ball of light and invite them into your heart.
And just like a puzzle,
They find their place home in your heart,
Returning to you,
Reintegrating that part of you.
And just feeling them at peace,
Feeling them happy,
Where they can finally relax and be a child,
No longer living in fear and anger,
Returning back to their nature.
And now you stand up and look around and you declare,
This memory,
This energy,
And this frequency no longer has any power over me.
I return the piece of me and I declare that the cord,
Memory,
And attachment is now severed.
And slowly,
Slowly,
Your surrounding disappears,
Relieving you of this attachment.
I will count now from 10 to zero and when I get to zero,
You will be back in your body,
Back into this time and space.
10,
Nine,
Eight,
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
Zero.
Take a deep breath in and let it go.
Again,
Deep breath in,
Let it go.
One more time,
Deep breath in and let it go.
Take your time,
Come back at your own pace.
And when it feels right,
You can gently and slowly let go of all your worries and anxieties.
You can gently open your eyes.
