Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and let it all go.
Release that stress,
Release that anxiety.
Be aware of the baggage that you're carrying right now and give yourself complete permission
to let it go.
Feeling that heavy weight,
That heavy energy gently float away and just surrendering to
your breath,
In and out,
In and out.
And just check in with yourself,
Just notice if there is any baggage mentally.
Thoughts that are repetitive,
That are negative.
Thoughts that may be weighing you down or holding you into a stagnant frequency.
And I want you now to visualize a beautiful white light gently cascade above your head.
Entering your head and merging with your mind.
Feel this white flow moving in and around you,
Gently releasing,
Relaxing your mind.
Releasing those thoughts,
Releasing any negativity or anything that is holding you in a lower
frequency.
As if it's washing away that heaviness,
Washing away all of the unwanted energies,
Emotions,
Thoughts,
Frequencies and patterns.
Creating space in your mind,
Allowing in new energies and frequencies and positive
energy that allows you to feel good,
To think thoughts that empower you,
That invite in
new possibilities and that take you out of the stagnation in a state of flow.
Just enjoying this shift,
Enjoying your mind able to finally calm down and relax.
And now invite this light to move down your spine,
Entering your nervous system and cooling
down your nerves,
Your muscles,
Any tension in your body and just releasing all of that.
And now inviting this frequency to any other part of your body that you feel you need healing,
That you may need assistance in releasing tension.
And now inviting that frequency into your heart,
Just inviting in some peace,
Some love,
Some support,
Some nurturing,
Kindness into your heart.
We are going to sit here for a moment,
Just allowing these energies to release,
To let
go and all you need to do is just sit quietly and follow your breath and enjoy this process.
I will return back at the end of this meditation and just taking a moment now to be grateful
for something,
Anything.
And finally,
Is there something that you really desire to manifest in your life right now?
Something that can really change your life,
Bring more joy,
Support,
Love.
Think about it and plant that seed.
And just declare this wish,
Say it out loud to yourself.
I wish.

Be honest with yourself,
Be true to yourself.
There is nothing to be ashamed of.
If this is what you really desire,
It's okay to say it.
And finally now,
Thanking that beautiful white light for its healing as it gently returns
wherever it came from.
And taking a moment to check in with yourself.
How do you feel?
How does your body feel,
Your mind,
Your heart?
And it's time now to come back.
So slowly,
Slowly expanding your awareness back into your body,
Back into the space.
Take your time.
When it feels right,
You can open your eyes.
