Close your eyes and get yourself in a comfortable position.
Today you are going to shift,
Uplift and transform your life forever.
Taking a moment now to just be as present as possible with yourself,
Just feeling your body,
Feeling your energy,
Taking a moment to acknowledge your emotions just where you are at right now as you are.
And let's begin by setting an intention.
What is it that you wish to transform in your life?
What is it that you truly desire to manifest?
But let's take it even further,
Not just manifest,
Manifest with ease,
With grace,
With blessings and abundance.
Did you find it?
Are you ready and are you sure?
Today we are not just going to manifest something but we're going to take it to the next level.
You are going to manifest it with ease,
With abundance.
You are going to be very powerful in this manifestation so be very ready about what you're asking for.
Let's begin with the simple fact that you have to believe that you are worthy,
That you deserve this.
And if there are any aspects of you that are in resistance to this manifestation then we need to get them on the other side,
On your side.
Truth is there are aspects of you that are in resistance because if they weren't you would have already had it.
And so thinking about the very thing that you desire,
Let's call forth the aspects of you that are in resistance to this manifestation.
And I want you to visualize them as you,
Many different you standing in front of you,
Each one representing a different aspect of this resistance.
So take a moment to really think about what parts of you are in resistance and why.
And when you are ready we're going to begin a conversation with each part of you beginning from the far left.
Now let's ask it.
What part of me do you represent when it comes to resisting this desire,
This manifestation?
Why are you in resistance to this manifestation?
What fears and doubts and insecurities do you have about this manifestation?
Why?
What do you need from me to get you to trust me,
To get you to come to me and be one with me,
To unite with me,
To work with me to achieve this goal?
And when you are ready,
Invite that part of you to join you by declaring,
I now declare that you and I will work together.
I let go of this resistance,
This fear,
And I invite you to unite with me so that we can be powerful,
Abundant,
And strong.
Will you join me?
And see that part of you nod and walk towards you and join and merge back with you.
We are now going to do this three more times,
Each part of you representing another aspect of this resistance.
So take a moment to think about what parts of you are in resistance to this manifestation?
What parts of you represent another aspect of you that is in resistance?
We're going to repeat this exercise each time.
Are you ready?
Moving to the next part of you,
Now we ask,
Why are you in resistance to this manifestation?
What fears and doubts and insecurities do you have about this manifestation?
Why?
What do you need from me to get you to trust me,
To get you to come to me and be one with me,
To unite with me,
To work with me to achieve this goal?
And when you are ready,
Invite that part of you to join you by declaring,
I now declare that you and I will work together.
I let go of this resistance,
This fear,
And I invite you to unite with me so that we can be powerful,
Abundant,
And strong.
And once again,
See that aspect of you,
Nod,
Smile,
And decide to join you by merging with you.
We now move to the next aspect of you.
Moving to the next part of you,
Now we ask,
To the next aspect of you.
Moving to the next part of you,
Now we ask,
Why are you in resistance to this manifestation?
What fears and doubts and insecurities do you have about this manifestation?
Why?
What do you need from me to get you to trust me,
To get you to come to me and be one with me,
To unite with me,
To work with me,
To achieve this goal?
And when you are ready,
Invite that part of you to join you by declaring,
That part of you to join you by declaring,
I now declare that you and I will work together.
I let go of this resistance,
This fear,
And I invite you to unite with me so that we can be powerful,
Abundant,
And strong.
And see once again that aspect of you,
Smile,
Walk forward and merge with you.
And the final aspect of you that is in resistance to your far right.
Why are you in resistance to this manifestation?
What fears and doubts and insecurities do you have about this manifestation?
Why?
What do you need from me to get you to trust me,
To get you to come to me and be one with me,
To unite with me,
To work with me,
To achieve this goal?
And when you are ready,
Invite that part of you to join you by declaring,
I now declare that you and I will work together.
I let go of this resistance,
This fear,
And I invite you to unite with me so that we can be powerful,
Abundant,
And strong.
And finally,
They choose to merge with you as well,
Completing this cycle.
Now you are ready to call forth your desire.
Now you are ready to manifest what it is that you truly desire.
When you are ready,
Place your hand above your heart,
Connecting to your heart,
To your true desire and claim.
I now invite all aspects of me to work with me,
To unite,
To empower me and my mission and my manifestation today.
I now declare that this desire that lives in my heart be manifested.
But not only that,
It shall be manifested with ease.
It shall be manifested with ease,
With grace,
That all obstacles that prevent me from achieving this desire are removed.
And the path is clear.
The path is true.
The path is ready.
I give myself permission to feel worthy,
To feel abundant,
And to be abundant.
I now declare my birthright of manifesting this desire.
I give myself permission to be powerful,
To be abundant,
And to be true.
I declare this now,
And so it is,
And so it shall be,
For the highest and greatest good of all.

Knowing that this manifestation is set.
This manifestation is already here now.
