Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and out.
Just surrendering to the moment.
Not trying to change anything,
But just simply being.
Allowing what is.
Allowing the stillness,
The quiet.
Giving yourself permission to be present.
Nothing else matters but this moment right here right now.
Nothing else exists except this moment right here right now.
Understanding that your potential and your power is in the now.
This is the moment where you can transform your life.
Change your perspective.
Change your thoughts.
And you can change your world.
And so I want you to begin to think about the things that are not serving you in your life.
Maybe it's the way you think.
Maybe it's a specific thought.
Maybe it's a negative programming from childhood.
Maybe it's emotional trauma.
Something happened to you that made you this way as a defense mechanism.
Maybe it's something that someone said to you a long time ago and you were never able to let it go.
Maybe it was a specific event that happened.
Be honest with yourself.
This is not about judging how it came about,
Why you're still holding on to it.
It's about being self-aware.
It's not about right and wrong.
It's not about fair or unfair.
It's about what is.
So what happened to you that made you this way?
And maybe ask yourself,
Why do I still hold on to it?
How is it serving me?
And if you can feel this energy in your body,
If you can awaken this negative pattern,
What does it feel like?
How does your body react to it?
Does it shut you down?
Close your heart?
Does it have a closed,
Heavy,
Hard energy?
You see,
This kind of energy blocks opportunities and possibilities.
Often time we create this type of energy to protect ourselves from being hurt again.
But think about the frequency of love.
Think about what that feels like.
Open.
Expansive.
Inviting.
When you're in love,
You're more likely to think outside the box and do things that you have never done before.
It gives you courage,
Strength,
Energy.
And so let's transform this block,
This heaviness into love.
And so let's begin by finding where this energy resides the most in your body.
Is it in your heart?
Maybe it's your mind.
Maybe it's your stomach.
Take a moment to scan and feel this frequency and this energy.
And as you feel it,
Ask it once again.
How are you serving me?
What am I gaining by holding on to you?
What are you protecting me from?
Who are you protecting me from?
And if you like,
You can place your hand above that area of your body where you feel this frequency lives.
Connecting to it even more and visualizing a white energetic cord move from the palm of your hand into that energy,
Into that part of your body.
And now we state,
I understand that you are here to help me and to protect me,
To serve me.
I understand that you are here to keep me safe.
I am so grateful for your mission,
For your energy,
For your help.
I am so grateful for the years that you have protected me.
I am now ready to shift.
I am now ready for change.
I promise you.
I am safe.
I promise you.
I am ready.
I invite you now to release your grip.
I invite you now to shift.
I own my body.
I own my energy and I own my frequency.
And therefore,
I choose to shift you,
To move you.
I invite you now to shift into the frequency of love,
Opportunities,
And abundance.
I want you now to visualize that energy shifting into white energy,
Like a flower blooming and opening up,
Radiating,
Activating itself,
Moving and transforming.
Feel that energy going from dark to light,
From closed to open,
From fear to love,
Expansion,
Transformation,
And activation.
How would you like to feel instead?
What thoughts would you like to activate instead?
How would you like to react to people,
Places,
And things instead?
We are now going to sit with this shift,
Feel this transformation,
And invite in the love,
The support,
And embrace the change.
And now completing this transformation,
This healing,
Taking a moment of gratitude for taking the time today to sit in silence,
To go within,
To be brave enough to look within.
You can rest your hands by your side if you had them above that area of your body.
And slowly,
Slowly bringing your awareness back into your body,
Gently and slowly returning.
You can take your time to come back.
And when it feels right,
You can open your eyes.
