Hello everyone. Welcome. Let's begin. Close your eyes. Get yourself comfortable. And breathe. Allowing your breath to help you relax more. Letting go. Let go of expectations. Just allow yourself to completely surrender to the moment. Not trying to control. Not trying to change. Just being. And we are now going to call forth your higher self to assist us today. Inviting them to be with you. And to shine their healing light upon you now. And feeling that divine light gently swirling around you. A beautiful purple light. Activating your frequency. Activating your energy. Plugging in and tuning in. Into their frequency. Removing any toxicity. Any negativity. Aligning you to the highest and purest energies. And now inviting this energy into your third eye. Feeling this beautiful purple light gently seep into your forehead. And in a circular motion moving through your third eye. Activating your third eye. Activating your inner vision. Your intuition. Allowing you to tap into your higher mind. And you can see a beautiful ball of purple light shine in your third eye. Radiating outside of you. Activating all of you now. Your mind. Your body. Your energy. Allowing you to sink to this frequency. And now inviting this energy to help us clear any toxicity or any negativity that lives in your mind. Releasing the limiting beliefs. The programming that hold us back from achieving.
