Hello everyone.
Welcome.
When you're ready,
Close your eyes and let's begin.
So I want you to start by focusing your attention to your heart.
If you could bring all of your awareness.
In the center of your heart.
And I want you just to listen.
Just to notice.
There's nothing you need to do.
Just have all your attention and focus in your heart.
And once again,
As you listen,
As you focus.
Notice what comes up.
Maybe sensations,
Thoughts or a level of awareness that you did not have before this.
And I want you now to ask your heart.
How can this meditation?
Help you today.
And listen for the answer.
And so,
Whatever that answer was,
I want you to set that intention now.
You can see it as a ball of light,
An energetic seed.
A thought,
A feeling.
Or declaration.
And I want you to place that in the center of your heart now,
Anchoring in your decision for today.
And as you breathe in,
Now you're going to breathe in to the center of your heart once again,
Feeding this intention,
Amplifying it.
And on the out breath you're going to release any negativity,
Any heaviness,
Anything that is in opposition to your intention today.
And now we're going to bring in certain colors and visualizations that represent this beautiful,
Soft,
Gentle white light.
On the in-breath.
Moving down your throat,
Washing over your heart and entering the center of your heart.
And on the out-breath.
Releasing.
Maybe see it as a fog or some kind of a smoky color.
Exiting your mouth and being detoxed and released.
At each breath,
This is amplified.
That beautiful seed and intention begins to grow,
Begins to get brighter and brighter.
And at each release,
You feel more scented,
Lighter.
And more at peace.
Beautiful.
And so now we call forth our higher self to assist us in this activation today.
As I want you to see an energetic cord.
Gently.
Falling down above you.
This cord is connected to the higher realms.
Moving down,
Down.
And gently connecting to your chest now.
And like the roots of a tree once it's connected to your chest it spreads.
And wraps itself around your heart.
This is pure,
Divine,
Loving light.
You are safe,
You are protected,
And this is actually a blessing.
Healing your heart.
Physically.
Energetically.
And spiritually.
Deep healing.
And as it connects to your heart there's an immediate activation.
Something awakens within you.
And this light.
Gets brighter and brighter.
As this energetic cord begins to move information and energies into your heart now.
It's like you're downloading something.
And so breathing in and breathing out and just enjoying this to the deepest levels.
This energy is relaxing.
Melting away the walls.
The heaviness connecting you more and more to the divine energy to your higher self.
Bringing you back home to something sacred.
And now reminding you that your heart is a powerful manifester.
An energy force that reaches out into the universe and creates,
Speaks to the world around you and to others.
And so just take this moment to remember what your intention was.
Melting into it even more.
And now,
We are ready to become it.
And so your heart begins to expand,
This energy,
This activation begins to grow like the roots of a tree spreading.
Warm waves of love and energy.
Moving up your body and down your body.
Your arms,
Neck and head.
All the way to your stomach and hips,
Down,
Down to your feet.
Just feeling this unconditional divine light.
Powerful.
Blessing you on so many levels.
All you have to do is say yes,
I receive and thank you.
And so just keep melting into it.
Just keep enjoying it.
And now we invite that energetic cord to send us something that we may not be aware of but that we might need.
Just trusting that your higher self knows what is best for you at this time.
All you have to do once again is say thank you,
I receive.
And now just letting yourself go fully,
Wherever you are,
Releasing the outside world.
Any attachments,
Any expectations.
Full bliss.
For freedom.
Nothing and no one.
Can get in the way of this moment.
Absolute.
Freedom.
And peace.
And so we are now going to seal in this intention for today.
I want you to visualize a sphere of light.
Manifest around your body now,
Where you are in the center.
The sphere holds the highest frequencies of the Divine Light.
Purest intention,
Aligning with your highest and greatest purpose and path.
This energy now begins once again to become brighter and brighter.
Taking you to a whole new level.
This is connecting now to timelines and your aura.
Aligning all of your intention today.
Helping you become one with it.
You will now manifest miracles,
Blessings,
And luck.
This is your reality now.
And so just taking this moment to be in gratitude.
And to appreciate the things that you already have.
The journey that you have been on up until this point.
Trusting that everything is okay.
And all.
Is aligned for you now.
And whether you're going to sleep or you're starting your day,
I want you to remember this moment,
This feeling.
At any given point if you feel challenged.
Just place your hand on your heart.
And remember.
Remember this feeling.
By connecting to it.
You will align with solutions and blessings.
And so now returning back to your breath.
Allowing yourself now to dissolve this inner vision.
As you gently and slowly return back to the physical realm.
Scanning the body once again,
The toes,
The feet,
The legs,
The hips,
Stomach and back,
Arms,
Hands,
Shoulders,
Neck.
Moving up.
All the way to the top of your head.
And just checking in with yourself.
How do I feel?
And once again bringing all of that attention back to your heart.
The center of your heart.
And noticing any changes.
And finally,
Ask your heart.

And now we are ready to come back to an awakened state.
So wiggling the toes and the fingers very slowly and gently.
Whatever feels right to you.
