Welcome.
If you haven't already,
Just close your eyes and begin to slow down your breath.
Really be focused on your breathing and nothing else.
Now if the mind begins to fight you and wishes to activate thoughts,
Don't fight it.
Just say in your mind,
I hear you.
Relax and bring your focus back to your breath.
In fact,
I want you to count your breathing.

And now just let it go.
Return back to your normal breath.
Back to the present moment.
And just feel your lungs expand and contract.
Feel the cool air entering your nostrils and the warm air exiting.
And I want you now to notice any changes from when you started.
I want you to notice if you have calmed down just a little more.
Now this is a very powerful technique when done correctly.
So there is a voice in your head.
You can speak to your mind.
So I want you now to say,
Mind,
Slow down.
Mind,
I am in charge.
I need you to work with me.
I need you to calm down.
Activate thoughts that bring me peace.
And tranquility.
Thank you.
And now just bringing your focus back to your breath.
If you want to count it,
That's fine if that helps.
Or just noticing the sensations,
The temperature,
Anything at all that works best for you.
And once again,
Don't fight the mind,
Don't argue with it.
Just reassure it.
Just take your power back by speaking to it.
Mind.
I am in charge.
I want to work with you and not against you.
I wish to activate the energy of peace.
Of tranquility.
Thank you.
And next,
I want you to visualize a beautiful,
Soft,
Soothing and cooling light.
This beautiful light is just above your head.
And gently begins to melt down and wash over your body.
Down the top of your head,
Down your ears,
Your shoulders.
Down your back,
Your chest,
Stomach,
Down,
Down to your hips,
Your knees,
All the way down to your feet.
This is a very powerful frequency that allows you to connect immediately to the energy of peace and stillness.
Relaxation.
Just allowing it to surround you.
And as you breathe in now,
You're going to breathe in this frequency.
See it moving down your throat.
Washing over your lungs and your chest.
Any inflammation,
Anything that was hot or too active now begins to soothe itself.
Calm down.
Just feeling that soothing and peaceful energy within you and around you now.
And now allowing this energy to enter your bloodstream.
Washing over your entire body from head to toe,
Entering your nervous system and allowing you to just relax just a little more.
And just instruct your body now.
In your mind say body,
I invite you to release,
To relax,
To find your peace.
And as you do this,
I invite you now to think of a place,
A place that represents the most peace,
Calm and tranquility you've ever felt in your entire life.
This place can also be imaginary.
You can also create it in your mind.
It might be a beach,
A garden,
Or a sacred space.
And not just visualizing this place but feeling yourself there.
Now.
As if the reality around you disappears and transforms into this place.
And just allowing the emotions,
The visuals,
The sensations to activate.
And if the mind begins to drift away,
Just bring it back there.
Bring back the memory,
The moment.
And this is where you have to reassure your mind.
It's almost like a child you want to compliment it for allowing you to to be here.
So just say,
Mind,
Thank you.
Thank you for taking me here.
And just continue to breathe now,
Just allowing yourself to be as peaceful as you can.
This might take a little bit of practice and that is completely normal.
You are here and you are doing it.
And so continue to allow that blue energy to move through you as you are in this sacred peaceful place.
And now I invite you to allow that chaotic mind and thoughts to form as a dark cloud in your mind,
A dark energy.
We now call forth your higher mind to assist you in detoxing these thoughts and emotions and imprints so that you can make space for new thoughts that align with your peaceful state.
And so just seeing this beautiful white light fall down above your head.
And gently and lovingly move into your mind.
As if energetic cords wrap themselves around your mind.
And begin to gently and lovingly remove.
That dark energy.
By bit.
You can visualize it as smoke gently evaporating.
Your mind goes from this black cloud to an expansion.
That white energy begins to enter your mind.
And it begins to pulsate this beautiful,
Loving frequency.
Clearing and cleansing all the way to the cellular level.
And beginning to see your mind expand even more.
The chaos is now still.
And take a deep breath in now,
A deep belly breath,
As we gently return back to the body,
Back to the physical.
And so take your time to come back to an awakened state.
And I invite you to come back to this practice anytime you need.
When it feels right.
Open your eyes.
