Hello everyone.
Let's begin.
Get yourself settled,
Close your eyes and just follow your breath in and out.
And as you breathe in and as you breathe out.
Just centering yourself more and more.
Setting your intention for today's meditation.
We will go through every chakra,
Starting from the crown down to the base chakra.
We are first going to set an intention,
A manifestation,
A desire.
And as we go through each chakra,
We will release all the blocks and activate each gift from each chakra that aligns with our intention.
And so begin to set your intention.
What are you ready to manifest?
What are you ready to call in?
Who are you ready to align with?
And so as you breathe in,
Just grounding that intention into you,
Calling it in,
Feeling it.
Awakening all of the senses.
Trusting yourself.
Trusting your desires today.
And so beginning to form a circle of light around you now.
To create a powerful container that will allow us to download these energies with ease and flow.
To connect with your spiritual team,
Your higher self,
And your highest intention today.
We declare this so.
And so it is and so it shall be for the highest and greatest good of all.
And sew.
Just breathing now and letting go.
And so beginning at the top of your head.
Focusing on your crown chakra,
Awakening this energy centre and calling it to you.
And from above this energetic cord moves down entering this chakra.
This is our intention for today,
Our seed.
And as it enters the chakra,
It activates a light within it.
The crown chakra is the chakra that is created.
That is connected to the Creator,
To the universe,
To God,
To all,
To the beyond.
And so as this seed connects to this chakra,
It awakens all of the gifts and all of the obstacles.
And so today we give ourselves permission to heal,
Clear and release anything and all that is blocking the chakra.
That is blocking our manifestation.
And so in this chakra now,
This beautiful purple energy that is above your head.
I want you to begin to see this energy in the center move the chakra clockwise,
Moving the energy of the chakra.
And from the center of it now beginning to see energies being removed,
Clear and released.
Maybe seeing a fog or a dark energy detoxing out of it.
Allowing you now to feel at peace and to trust what you see and feel.
And so we remove all of the parts from the chakra.
That do not believe that we are in alignment with the universe,
With the creator,
That higher power that guides us and co-creates with us.
And now this light in the center of your chakra gets brighter and brighter as we now activate all of the gifts,
All of the blessings,
All of the alignments.
So that we can feel deeply connected to the universe,
To the creator and all.
And now this light moves down.
Through an energetic cord.
Into your third eye.
Entering your third eye chakra.
This is the color indigo and it's between your forehead And from here,
Once again,
In the center of the chakra,
This light activates,
Moving the chakra clockwise.
And from here now,
We begin to now clear,
Cleanse,
Detox,
And purify this chakra.
Removing all the parts of us that cannot see,
That are blocked when our intuition is fogged.
When we doubt ourselves.
We declare this chakra now clear,
Cleansed,
And fully aligned now with our intention.
As this energy now begins to activate and amplify our gifts.
Giving us clearer vision.
Aligning our intuition.
And now this energy moves down from your third eye into your throat chakra.
This chakra is the color blue.
And once again,
This light enters the center of the chakra,
Moving clockwise,
Moving the energies and activating them.
As it moves clockwise,
It cleanses and clears anything and all in our throat chakra that is blocking us from speaking our truth,
From speaking to the universe our desires in truth.
And now removing that darkness,
That heaviness and those blocks in our throat chakra.
The harsh words,
The negative words that we speak.
The parts of us that does not believe that we are worthy.
And now this energy amplifies.
The blessings,
The light,
The voice within us that knows the truth and that leads us towards the truth and our gifts.
And now from our throat chakra,
This energy moves down into our heart chakra.
Beautiful green color entering the center of the chakra and once again moving clockwise.
Activating the energies and amplifying its gifts,
Clearing and cleansing our heart chakra.
Detoxing our heart from the suffering,
The pain,
The distance,
The walls,
The blocks.
And as it removes and detoxes these energies,
It amplifies the gifts,
The light,
The love,
The purity.
The energy of our hearts that motivates us,
That connects us to our intention and to others and this world.
And now this energy moves down into our solar plexus,
Entering our solar plexus chakra and this is the color yellow.
Our boundaries,
Our self-esteem,
Our identity,
Our self-worth.
This light enters the centre,
Activates it and begins to move it clockwise.
Clearing and cleansing all parts of us that feel unworthy,
Not enough.
Allowing us to return back to our centered self,
Our awakened and aligned self.
And amplifying the gifts of this chakra where we feel strong,
Where we know who we are and what we must do to move on.
And now the energy moves down into our sacral chakra just underneath our belly button.
This is the color orange.
Our sensuality,
Our creativity.
Our joy,
Our pleasure.
And so this energy enters the center of the chakra and begins to move it,
Awaken it.
Cleansing and clearing any energies any blocks.
Allowing us to receive our joy,
Our pleasure and our creative self fully.
Clearing out any blocks,
Any fears,
Any attachments to people,
Places,
And things that have created trauma in this chakra.
And of course,
Activating the gifts,
The blessings,
The energies that allow us to move forward fully embodied and expressed.
And now moving this energy down to the final chakra,
Our base chakra in our groin area.
And this is the color red.
Our safety,
Our security,
Our connection to this planet,
To this earth,
Our tribe.
The first chakra that is created when we are born.
And so this energy enters the center of it,
Activating it and moving it.
Clearing and cleansing anything and all that makes us feel ungrounded,
Unsafe and where we don't belong.
And amplifying the gifts where we feel that we know our path,
Our truth,
Our abundance,
Our growth,
Our connection.
And above all our ability to manifest with ease in this reality.
And so just feeling all of these energies now aligning from the base to the ground,
All clear,
Cleansed and pure.
And just taking a step back now in your mind,
Just seeing the whole picture where every chakra is cleansed,
Where every chakra is aligned and flowing perfectly with your intention.
And so finally now,
Just letting go,
Stepping back and relaxing into this.
Trusting that everything is working in your favour and aligning perfectly with your intention.
And so finally now,
Remembering your intention,
Why you are here,
Why you started this meditation.
And connecting it all.
As you gently and slowly now begin to return back into the physical world.
Expanding your awareness outwards,
Becoming aware of your body.
The energies around you,
Your surroundings.
Just breathing deep now.
And when it feels right gently beginning to move the body,
Whatever feels good and yummy to you.
