Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes and get yourself in a comfortable position.
Just taking a moment to breathe in and breathe out.
And I invite you to be as present as you can possibly be with your breath and nothing else.
Think of your breath as the gentle waves in the ocean.
Moving peacefully and naturally.
All that matters is right here,
Right now in this moment and nothing else.
What you have to do today,
What you did yesterday,
Doesn't matter.
All that matters is right here,
Right now.
And so ask yourself what matters to me right now.
How I feel,
What I'm thinking,
Who I am,
My mind,
My intention and my body.
And now visualizing a beautiful soft white light gently moving down above your head.
Beginning to surround your body,
Activating your energy,
Activating your frequency and allowing you to be even more present.
And now I want you to ask yourself what does it mean to be present?
Does it mean to just feel and be aware?
Does it mean to be calm and focused?
There is no right or wrong right now,
It's just building up that focus.
And so I invite you to think of being present as being empowered,
Being able to make decisions and choices from your higher mind,
From a place of centeredness,
Awareness and focus.
It's being aware of time,
Past,
Present and future.
It's being aware of your intentions and manifestations and desires.
And so what do you desire right now?
If all you had is this moment,
Right here,
Right now,
Where would your intention go?
Your focus,
Your energy,
You.
And so bringing your awareness now back to your breath with this intention into your heart.
So visualize this desire in your heart and as you breathe in,
You amplify that energy.
And as you breathe out,
You release anything that's in the way.
The more you breathe,
The more centered and at peace you feel,
The more focused you are,
The more centered.
And now if your mind wishes to wander and take you to certain places,
Allow it.
Being present means also being at peace.
And so allow your mind now to take you to a peaceful place.
Maybe it is on a beach or in a forest or a magical place in your mind or nowhere.
Allow your mind now to help you relax even more.
To call in the frequencies that invite in relaxation,
Joy,
Peace.
And once again,
When you breathe in now,
You feel even more open,
Even more relaxed.
All is perfect right here,
Right now.
There is nothing you need,
Nothing you want.
I am exactly where I need to be right here,
Right now.
And allow yourself to travel far now,
Wherever you want to go,
Wherever your mind wants to take you.
Just floating,
Dancing,
Being.
And remind yourself of this feeling,
Of this sensation,
Knowing that you can take this with you in your every day.
By focusing on your breath and reminding yourself of the present moment.
I invite you now to take a moment to set your intention for your day.
And if you like,
You're more than welcome to stay in this meditation for longer.
But if you need to return,
Now is the time.
So,
Expanding your awareness outwards,
And when you're ready,
You can begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers,
Take your time.
And when it feels right,
Come back and open your eyes.
