When you're ready,
Take a deep breath in.
And on the out breath,
Close your eyes.
Today,
We are going to invite our spiritual team to help us,
To help us manifest,
Create,
Activate,
Transform something in our lives.
Maybe this is something that you have been trying to change.
Trying to activate for a very long time.
And today.
We will make this happen.
Together.
And so breathing into your heart.
Breathing into you.
And listening.
Today we are going to work with the laws of this universe knowing that we do have a team helping us.
That there are energies and forces unseen that are working with us.
To guide us,
To help us,
To show us the way.
And today,
We declare their health.
We declare this law.
To be in full act in our favor so that we can receive.
So that we can.
Finally be.
And so just keep breathing in your heart.
Keep listening.
And now tuning into your intention.
How can your spiritual team help you at this time?
Think about it.
And when you're ready.
I want you to say it out loud.
I need you to help me with and finish the sentence.
And now that you have asked and set your intention.
We're going to call in this energy.
So beginning to visualize a beautiful,
Powerful golden light.
This light begins to form and activate you.
Creating energetic circles.
Around you.
From top to bottom.
Moving clockwise,
Creating an energy force and energy vortex.
This is allowing you now to tune in even more to your spiritual team and tune in even more to your desire and what you're requesting.
Feeling it in your heart.
And I want you to visualize the help from your spiritual team,
Not necessarily how they're going to help you,
But just seeing them,
Feeling them,
And knowing that they are there.
And the more you connect to them,
The more you connect to this frequency.
There is a wave of peace and stillness and presence that is activated.
Each breath feels powerful each second.
Feels peaceful.
This is elevating your inner security and your outer security.
A sense of safety and protection and love that you haven't felt for a very long time.
There is a sense of trust as well in your heart knowing that they are here for you.
And so when you're ready,
I want you to feel a beautiful,
Soft,
Gentle,
Loving hand being placed above your heart.
As one of the members of your spiritual team connects to you.
And as this hand touches your chest,
Warmth,
Expansion,
Activation,
And openness.
Filtering in the love,
The joy,
The high frequencies.
Just like warm honey melting into you.
Memories of moments in your life where you have been the happiest filter in.
And sudden bursts of love and peace begin to move through you.
Each breath allows you to dive deeper into this letting go now.
Surrendering any attachments to the physical realm.
Diving deeper and deeper into the spiritual.
Connecting to energies and the unseen and the unknown within and without.
And I want you to begin to see yourself as an energy force.
Pure energy,
No physical body.
You are vibrating.
You are active.
You are alive.
And from here now,
I want you to shoot your energy out into the direction of the thing that you want to create,
Align with and manifest.
As if you're creating an energetic cord of flow between you and them.
Activating this sacred timeline and aligning with it perfectly,
So that when you return into the physical body,
You know exactly what to do.
You know exactly who you are.
And so just feeling this powerful connection that is being guided and blessed and supported by your spiritual team.
As you breathe in,
As you breathe out,
You feel this connection activate and anchor in.
And a spark of light now activates around you.
Trusting that the intention is now fully set.
And so just allowing yourself now to experience this moment as a memory in time,
Something that is part of your past.
Think of it kind of like you're jumping timelines and you're looking back.
Everything that you experienced and manifested.
Seeing yourself in a place of joy and fulfillment.
Seeing yourself connecting to people,
Places and things because of this moment.
And the more you think about this,
The more at peace,
The more your heart is full.
And as you are here,
I want you to take this moment to thank your spiritual team.
For their support,
For their guidance,
For helping you along the way.
And slowly now,
This beautiful light and infinite energy that is you and that is around you.
Begins to move down into a small ball.
A seed that is planted in your heart now.
Literally see that seed,
That light in your heart filled with all of this memory,
Intention,
Energies and moments.
Filled with gratitude and blessings.
And knowing now that you are lucky,
You've seen your future,
You've seen your past,
All you have to do now.
Is enjoy the journey there.
And so with this,
Deepening your breath now and just scanning the body as you bring yourself back to the physical vessel.
The feet,
The ankles,
The calves,
The shins,
The knees,
All the way to the hips,
The stomach,
Chest,
Hands,
Arms,
Shoulders,
Neck,
All the way to the top of your head.
And slowing down that breath now,
Anchoring your breath,
Allowing yourself to be grounded and centered once again.
And I invite you to let go of any expectations,
To just be open and receptive to the guidance.
And so beginning to expand that awareness a little bit further out now,
Becoming aware of your surroundings.
The energies around you.
The temperature of the air and anything else that catches your attention.
And when you're ready now with a deep breath in and a deep breath out you can begin to bring yourself back.
If you feel like it,
You can move the body by wiggling the toes and the fingers.
Maybe giving yourself a nice stretch,
Whatever feels good to you right now and in your own time.
