Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
When you are ready,
Get yourself in a comfortable position,
Close your eyes and listen to my voice.
Today's meditation is a very powerful meditation.
It is designed to help you use the energy of alchemy.
Today,
We are going to transform negative energy into power,
Into gold.
Energy never dies,
But it can be changed,
It can be used for something different.
And so,
I want you to begin by setting an intention,
By thinking about something that has been holding you back,
Has been keeping you in pain and suffering,
Maybe even in anger.
A negative energy that's living in your heart,
In your body that has been stagnant for a very long time or maybe just fresh.
A memory,
A thought,
A feeling,
An event,
Whatever comes up,
Trust,
Allow,
Invite and bring to the surface.
And so,
Allow this energy to charge,
To amplify,
To be present.
And notice your mind,
Your thoughts that are specifically attached to this energy,
To this memory.
Notice what emotions arise,
How it makes you feel,
How it weighs you down,
How it creates pain and suffering.
I promise you,
By the end of this meditation,
You're going to feel better,
But we need to bring up the shadows,
We need to become aware in order to transform it.
And now,
Find this energy in your body.
Literally ask yourself,
Where do you live in my body?
Trust your intuition here,
Trust yourself completely.
And now,
Focus on your breath,
In and out.
Breathing through these sensations,
These feelings,
These thoughts,
Just being still in the presence of this heaviness.
Trusting the power that lives within you.
We now call forth the angelic realm to step forward to help us,
To assist us in healing,
In alchemizing this energy,
This frequency.
We humbly invite your love,
Your light,
Your healing and your wisdom today.
Please,
Send us your love.
And I want you now to see a circle of energetic white light form around you.
A beautiful,
Glowing,
Powdery,
Soft white light,
Gentle yet powerful.
This circle is keeping you contained in a high frequency vibration,
Allowing you to completely connect with ease and flow to the angelic realm.
And above you now,
The light awakens.
The light from the angels shines down upon you,
Just like the rays of a sun breaking through the clouds.
Mystical,
Magical,
Powerful.
Inviting this energy to flow,
To amplify and to connect with you.
Feeling the bliss,
The ease,
The love.
Today,
We call forth the angels and we give them full permission to help us to heal,
To alchemize this negative energy that lives within our system,
That lives within our minds,
That lives within our hearts.
To create and amplify this energy,
But to use it for good.
To be of service,
To create gifts and more love in this world.
And so,
I invite you now,
Angels,
To step forward.
You now feel the presence of two angels,
One on your left and one on your right.
They both represent balance and they support one another in this healing process.
Now,
They will place one hand on each part of your body,
On each side,
Where this energy lives.
And from the palm of their hands,
Gold energy awakens and connects.
The energy of the angel on the left connects to the angel on the right through you and through that energy in your body,
Connecting all three of you.
This is sealed with the shape of a triangle.
We now alchemize this energy.
We now ground the healing,
The blessings into this darkness so that it may awaken and see the light.
And so,
Inside this triangle now,
A square forms.
And from this light,
We become one with all and with ourselves.
We become one with the energies of the light,
Connecting us to the truth,
To the love and to the peace that also lives in this world.
And within this darkness.
And now,
Within that square,
A small circle is formed.
Today,
We seal and we complete this transformation,
This alchemy,
So that this frequency can no longer have any power over me and that I may use it as fuel,
As energy to create,
To love,
To uplift and transform.
And finally,
On the outside of that triangle,
Another circle forms,
Completing the alchemy.
And that energy that lives within you begins to change,
Transform.
A golden hue awakens within it.
And that golden light gets brighter and brighter and stronger and stronger.
And you are now feeling empowered,
Awakened,
Strong.
Blessed.
The angels now release their hands as they smile.
And I invite you now to take a moment of gratitude for their assistance today.
I want you to remember that if this negative energy comes up again,
Remember this moment,
That you have the power to transform it,
Alchemize it,
Into power.
And this goes with any other energy that lives within you.
The angels say their goodbye as they gently leave.
And that beautiful ray of light fades down as well as the circle.
Returning you back to this moment,
To your body,
To your breath.
And once again,
Have some gratitude for yourself for taking the time today to heal and to go through this.
And so now it's time to come back.
Slowly bringing your awareness back to the body,
Back to the space that you're in.
Take a few deep breaths in and out to awaken the body.
If it feels right,
Begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers and maybe take a nice stretch.
If you like to stay in this meditation a little longer,

Begin to open your eyes.
