Either sitting down or laying down,
And allowing for your eyes to be gently closed.

I am in love with myself.
I am more than enough.
I am perfect just as I am.
I am whole and complete.
I am loved.
I love myself.
I am safe.
I am strong.
I am lovable and worth loving.
I am courageous.
I am beautiful.
I love all parts of me.
I deserve all good in my life.
I am worthy.
It is enough to be me.
I am happy.
I accept myself.
I surrender and let go.
And just allowing these words to wash over you and through you,
Taking them with you throughout your day,
Being them and manifesting them and creating them into your daily life.
And then whenever you're ready,
Take a moment to gently open your eyes.
