Settling in and allowing for your body to find a comfortable position.

A comfortable position that allows for a comfortable straight spine.

A comfortable straight spine which allows for the breath to flow freely through the body without interruption.

And so we find ourselves breathing in this moment.

Knowing that the body is always breathing for us.

Breathing in and out.

We don't have to ask the body to breathe or remind the body to breathe.

Our body is always breathing for us.

So let's feel gratitude for this breath and this breathing that's always happening,

Whether we're aware of it or not.

Grateful for breathing because it keeps us alive.

Grateful for breathing because just the simple act of breathing can anchor us into this present moment.

Because every breath is here and now.

Every breath in and every breath out is in this moment,

The present moment,

The here and the now.

So how amazing is it that we have this breath that we get to breathe every day?

And just feeling so grateful,

Grateful for being here,

Grateful for being alive.

Grateful for each breath that keeps us going every day,

All day.

And always coming back to breathing.

Allowing the body to just breathe naturally,

Easily and effortlessly.

And noticing how we breathe.

Sometimes when we breathe our breaths are long and sometimes they're short.

Sometimes we take deep breaths and other times we take shallow breaths.

It's just noticing the way the body breathes when we allow the body to just breathe naturally.

And each time you take that breath in,

Feeling grateful for the inhale.

And each time you breathe out,

Feeling grateful for breathing out.

And just having this sense of gratitude for this breathing that is always taking place,

Whether we are aware of it or not.

This breathing that keeps us alive,

This breathing that allows us to stay present.

This breathing that if we choose can always anchor us into this present moment.

Because that's where the peace is.

So we can look at our breath as peaceful,

Peaceful breathing,

Grateful breathing.

And maybe you notice a shift,

A shift in the mind and a shift in the body when we start to feel gratitude for anything.

Grateful for being alive,

Grateful for breathing,

Grateful that we woke up this morning.

Just finding different ways to feel gratitude in this moment as we breathe in this moment.

Perhaps even mentally saying grateful every time you're breathing in.

And then peaceful every time you're breathing out.

And breathing into this moment,

This present moment.

Filling your heart with gratitude,

Peace and joy.

Knowing that at any moment you can choose to give your focus to your breathing and choose to be grateful for that breathing.

Knowing that because of your breathing you are here and now.

And just continuing to breathe,

Noticing your breathing,

Feeling your breathing,

Being aware of your breathing and feeling grateful for breathing.

And then whenever you're ready,

Taking as long as you need to very gently open your eyes.

Opening your eyes when you're ready and looking around the room or wherever you might be and just smiling for today.

And I wish you a very,

Very blessed and grateful day.
