Welcome to this short but powerful self-inquiry practice to help you connect to your own wisdom and intuition.

Take a moment to come home to yourself.

Whether you're standing,

Sitting,

Walking or lying down,

Give your body and your mind permission to relax,

To soften,

To release.

I'm going to invite you to set the intention of connecting clearly and easily to your own wisdom and guidance.

I'll give you a second to do that now.

Before we begin,

Know that connecting to your own wisdom and your own intuition is a skill that you can develop with practice.

Think of what we're about to do as a game and when you're ready,

Playfully ask your inner wisdom,

Is there anything that I would benefit from knowing now?

Be willing to be surprised.

Our intuition speaks differently to each of us.

You might get insights,

You might get memories,

You might get knowings or awarenesses,

You may get sensations.

Be open to all of it and know that if you are not able to unpack the details of it right now,

That will come with time.

Is there anything that I would benefit from knowing now?

We'll progress now through a range of questions but if you ever feel like you need more time with each of them,

You can pause the recording and recommence it when you're ready.

The next question,

Is there anything that I would benefit from expanding my perspective on?

And if so,

How?

Is there anything that I'm not seeing right now that it would help me to see?

Is there anything that I would benefit from releasing?

Contemplate the responses that you've received so far.

Is there a particular one that you'd like some more clarity on?

Let's play with it.

Contemplate it and then ask,

Is there more guidance available to me around this?

Is there anything I can do to support myself in moving towards greater alignment in this situation?

Is there anything I can think,

Do or change to add more lightness to this?

If you'd like to repeat this process for any of the other insights that you've received,

Feel free to pause this recording and ask those questions now.

Take a moment to acknowledge yourself for taking the time to learn the language of your intuition.

Your inner wisdom is powerful and the more you practice consciously connecting in with it,

The easier hearing it will become.
