As you come to the end of today,
Take a moment to allow your consciousness to wander through the experiences that you had today.
Allow your body to soften as you do and notice what it is that your mind moves to as you playfully review your day.
What were some of the things that happened today that you're glad happened?
What reflections of your magnificence did the universe bring you today?
They might be subtle or they might not.
Did anything happen today that could be a lesson for you?
Thinking that if it was to happen again,
You'd respond just a little differently.
Remind yourself that you have good intentions and that you are someone who is intempting to live life in a conscious way.
You're sitting here doing a review of your day after all and so allowing the self-criticism,
If anything arises,
To just move through you and instead view the things that you would like to learn from with an expansive attitude of openness and growth.
As you get ready to finish this day,
Tuck yourself in and to go to sleep.
Take a moment to appreciate yourself for moving through another day.
What else could you appreciate about yourself right now in terms of today or any time that's been before?
Enter yourself in your commitment to your own growth and expansion and intend to have a refreshing,
Relaxing sleep so that you rest,
Recharge and re-energize and intend also that tomorrow be amazing.
