
Conscious Sales Conversations
This energetic practice is designed to help anyone who needs to have Sales Conversations as part of their work align their energy to create the best result. It will help you to detach from the outcome you desire and speak from the space of service, as well as clearing up any energetic blocks you may have to potential clients wanting to work with you.

This is a guided meditation practice to help solopreneurs align their energy and overcome any resistance that they might have to having sales conversations.
I find that it's particularly loving entrepreneurs who come from a place of service wanting to help and create transformation that struggle with this concept and have an underlying resistance that is a little hard to overcome.
This practice will guide you energetically to become clear on that resistance and to start to create shifts so that you can move forward with confidence,
Aligned with your heart,
Aligned with your service,
Aligned with your mission.
Close your eyes,
Get comfortable and take a moment to deeply connect with your body.
You don't have to change anything but you can allow a sense of release,
A sense of relaxation and a sense of ease to make its way through the body and if it's possible through the mind.
If you're a passionate,
Purpose driven entrepreneur you have a mission and even though you might have doubts sometimes there is a part of you that at your core knows that you have value to offer,
That you have transformations to facilitate,
That there is a deep reason for what you do and it drives you forward.
Think about having a sales conversation right now and notice what happens to your energy.
Does it expand or does it contract?
You're not quite sure how to connect to the energy,
That's okay,
Just notice your sensations.
Notice your mind,
Notice your feeling.
They give you powerful clues as to what's going on energetically.
If there was any level of contraction,
If there was any level of discomfort ask yourself this,
Why don't I like sales conversations?
What makes them feel uncomfortable to me?
Below the level of our mind there is a knowing that we can access.
It takes some practice so if you don't get answers straight away that's okay,
Keep trying and come back to the practice,
Come back to this meditation.
Be open to being surprised.
Don't just answer the questions with your mind but allow the answers to bubble up from your inner being.
What feels uncomfortable to me about sales conversations?
Is it because I'm not really sure about the value of what I'm offering?
Am I scared that they're going to say no,
That I'll be rejected?
Does the whole thing feel icky to you?
Do you worry that the person you're talking to is going to feel like you're just trying to get something from them?
Are there any other reasons for you holding resistance towards sales conversations?
Take a moment to once again connect deeply into your body,
Noticing how you feel inside.
I want you to imagine that any fears about sales conversations,
That any doubts about what you offer,
Any experiences that you're carrying where you were on the receiving end of a crappy sales conversation.
Imagine that in your body or in your energy field are these pockets of dark,
Low vibration energy,
The fears,
The worries,
The doubts that relate to this.
Imagine that you can connect into them,
Become aware of them.
It's never helpful to reject aspects of ourselves.
However,
If these aspects are ready to be released,
Are ready to be cleared,
Are ready to be healed,
I'm going to do something about that now.
I want you to take a deep breath in and feel that as you breathe in,
You are breathing into your body,
You are breathing into your energy field and that breath is going to pick up those dark pockets,
Those low vibrations energies that hold you back from that position of being powerful and generous and connected and of service when it comes to sales conversations.
And as you breathe out,
The parts of you that are ready to be released,
The parts that have been holding you back that are ready,
Are released through the out-breath.
Feel that anything that's old,
That's no longer serving you,
Is being freed from your system now,
Released from your system now,
Healed from your system now.
Your consciousness and your intention are the most healing,
Powerful forces in the universe.
It's easy to disregard that because it often just feels like life happens.
But once you come to know this and once you start to use it as an active tool in your life,
It becomes the deep knowing.
This practice is not just a game.
Be playful with it,
But know that it's powerful.
Continue to release anything that's ready,
From your field,
Without any amount of self-rejection.
Allowing release,
Allowing healing for whatever is ready.
Good.
And notice if there are any dark pockets left.
It's okay if there are.
Sometimes we really can use energy healing to release and clear things that are ready.
But an important part of the process that cannot be skipped is the work we need to do with the areas that require it.
Sometimes we need a shifting perspective.
Sometimes we need to feel emotions.
Sometimes we need to dive deep.
So again reconnecting with your body,
Prepare yourself to receive answers from your deep inner knowing and ask,
What do I need to do,
Either internally,
Within myself or externally in the world,
In order to shift these blocks,
In order to move these heavy feelings.
Is there a different attitude that I can take to this?
Is there a different knowing that I need to cultivate,
A different understanding to help me release this?
And now connect into your purpose.
Why did you start your business?
Starting with yourself first,
What is it that you hoped to gain from it?
What is it that drove you to begin your business?
And now expand that.
What is it that you want your business to help create for others?
What is it about the work with your clients that makes your heart sing?
What is it that this business allows you to give that a job might not?
Now think about some of the amazing shifts and benefits and transformations that you've already helped facilitate.
Think about the feedback that you've gotten from any of the work you've done so far.
Think about the moments where your heart was so full and you felt so happy to have been able to help that person in that way.
And now expand it so it's not just a thought but a feeling.
Remember what that feels like and feel it in your body now.
When you're doing your best work,
When you're on fire,
What does that create for people?
What does that create for the world?
Stay connected to that passion,
That purpose and now think about being on a sales call.
See the person in front of you and feel your desire to help them.
See where they are,
See what they need and see how you can help them.
Feel into the transformation that is possible for them with your help.
Feel how you will feel when you have done amazing work that has facilitated change for them.
And now free them to make a choice.
Sometimes we can bring an energy into sales calls of wanting to make something happen,
Of wanting to make a sale.
It comes with a level of trying to push the universe and trying to push the person.
It might not be big and it might not be obvious but if there is any attachment that you're holding about converting that person into a client on this call,
They will feel it.
So I challenge you to feel into the transformation that is possible and release them to make the choice.
Because if they are not ready or if you are not a match,
Neither of you will benefit from going forward.
So you don't need to convince them and you don't need them to say yes.
Because if it isn't for her,
It will be for the next one.
And you want to bring into your business the ones who are ready for the magic that you can provide.
Now see a row of people standing in line waiting to get on a call with you.
See them standing there.
Feel how much you can help them,
How much you want to help them.
And know that that magic is only possible when they are also ready.
And I want you to imagine that you say to the people standing in that line,
If you are not yet ready,
That's okay.
I will be here for you when you are.
In the meantime,
I send you love and I hope that you find exactly what you need.
And I am here if you ever need me.
See some of those people walking away.
If you feel resistance to them leaving,
Notice that.
And as you see them walking away,
Ask that they be taken care of.
Wish them well.
And now see those people being replaced by people who are ready.
People who are a perfect fit.
The ones who are ready and willing and able and hungry for what you provide.
See the journey that you will undertake with each of them.
See the transformation that you will support them in creating.
Feel how happy and fulfilled and joyous you are about doing what you are here to do.
With fun and freedom and confidence and joy.
Feel into what's possible.
And more than that,
Feel the ripple effect that these transformations have on the world.
When a person feels better,
Their interactions with others are better.
Whatever help,
Whatever support you provide,
Makes this person's life better,
Makes every person in the line's life better.
And that has a ripple effect on their lives and the world at large.
And now thank the people in your line.
Tell them that you are here and ready when they are.
And now let them go.
Knowing that you are already energetically connected.
Because you have important work to do.
And now see yourself sitting down for another sales conversation,
A new one,
With a new person.
Feel confident that what you have to offer is incredibly valuable.
And that if it's not for this person,
There is a line of people energetically connected to you,
Waiting to come next.
If the person you are on a call with is the right fit,
Fantastic,
You get to make magic now.
But without having that sales conversation,
Without letting them know what you offer,
Without opening the door that they can walk through so that you too can make magic,
None of this happens.
Feel yourself knowing this as you sit for your next sales conversation.
You are not forcing anything,
You are not trying to convince anyone.
You only want to work with the people that are ready for what you have to offer.
If it's not this person,
It will be the next person.
You are connected to your passion.
You are connected to your purpose.
You are connected to your service.
You are connected to what's possible.
Do this meditation as often as you like.
It's particularly great to do them just before sales conversations,
Because when you are aligned and you are not pushing,
It creates space for magic.
