Hello and welcome to today's meditation on finding your inner confident self.

Today's meditation will be a combination of focusing your attention,
Awareness and visualization.
At the end,
You'll have an opportunity to set your intention for the goal ahead.
I hope you're excited to be here and ready to unlock your inner confident self to move forward with your goals,
Dreams and desires.
You are more than capable of following your dreams and achieving those goals.
More often than not,
We are lacking the confidence to do so.
Alright,
Let's begin by getting in a comfortable position.
This can be either sitting up straight with your spine,
Tall or lying down.
Whatever works best for you.
It's important to make sure you're comfortable so you can settle comfortably into the practice.
Shake out your hands,
Move your neck,
Shift your body and get nice and relaxed.
Once you're comfortable,
Close your eyes,
Bringing your awareness in.
Checking into any areas not quite relaxed and see if you can allow your whole body to relax.
Allow your body to feel light and free.
Breathe in and hold and release.
While releasing,
Let go of all the tension in your neck and in your shoulders.
Let's do three more breaths here.
Breathe in,
Hold and release.
This time,
Let go of the stress you're holding onto.
Breathe in,
Hold and release.
On this breath,
Let go of any doubt you may be carrying around being your confident self.
In this final breath,
Breathe in,
Hold and release loudly,
Just let it out.
Now find your natural rhythm of your breath.
Over the next few minutes,
We're going to connect with our breath.
I'll guide you as we go through one round and then you'll do a round on your own.

It's natural that your mind wanders.

I see you staying focused.

Now I'll give you a few minutes to count on your own,
Backwards from 10.
If you lose count,
It's okay.
Just stay with your breath.
If your mind wanders,
Come back to your breathing and find your count.
A few more breaths.
All right,
You can release your counting.
Just find your natural breath.
Now I want you to imagine you're looking at yourself already a confident badass,
Living the life you've achieved it.
Become aware of how she walks,
How she talks,
How she carries herself,
Where she's at,
And how she feels.
Over the next few moments,
I want you to allow yourself to be her.
Allow any thoughts,
Feelings,
Or emotions to arise.
This is your safe space and she is ready to show you you.
There is no right or wrong.
If you get uncomfortable feeling or thoughts,
Allow them to come in and then flow on by.
Don't hold on to anything that doesn't serve you.
Just focus on your breath and soak it all in.
Confidently you.
Being aware of your body,
Any sensations that are showing up.
Nice natural breaths.
Now imagine this version of yourself sitting on a beach.
Feel the sand underneath your feet.
I guess you could be walking on the beach.
Hear the waves crashing.
The sun is shining so bright as the universe is touching your soul.
Just imagine that sun shining on you.
Now take a moment to write big in the sand.
The first thing that comes to your mind of when you think what is truly stopping you from being you.
Write it out in the sand.
Now I want you to imagine you are standing there on the beach and you are looking at this.
What you just wrote.
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath.
Really big deep breath.
And then when you release it,
Imagine the wave just rolls up and washes it away.
Just let it go.
Let it flow.
Whatever that feels for you.
You need to big breath out.
Just let it go.
You need to just shake your body for a minute.
Really feel that release,
That energy shift.
This is no longer a barrier.
This is the confident you.
This is you waiting to come out and shine so damn bright.
She's in there.
Now gently rub your hands together and place them over your eyes.
And take one final breath.
Set your intention for your goal ahead of digging deep and unleashing your inner badass.
You're capable of what it takes.
Set an intention that's for you.
And when you're ready to come back,
You may release.
