So if your eyes are not closed,
Please feel free to close your eyes and just allow the presence to come in your future.
Allow your being,
Your knowing,
To feature in your experience,
Slowly,
Just with one mild intention.
And over the period of meditating here,
We have used quite a lot of tools to come back to the sense of presence.
We have used questions such as,
Who am I?
Or am I being aware of awareness?
Or trying to see the gap between two thoughts?
Whatever technique works for you today,
Or just a simple remembrance of I am.
And it always lends you in the heart of your being,
In the heart of your self,
I am.
So continue to smile,
Continue to be here,
More and more,
And let go of other objects that are appearing in your awareness,
On the periphery of your awareness.
They will appear because you have just started to centralize your awareness onto itself.
So as it does that,
In first five minutes,
Seven minutes,
It does take time for it to get rid of the other objects.
And if you are having a tough day,
A tough evening,
Or you didn't have good sleep,
Or you had some sticky dreams at night,
All of that have an imprint.
And it takes time,
Some time,
To pacify them,
To identify them,
To allow them space.
And then they slowly let you be who you really are.
So in the beginning of our meditation,
We are always mindful of that.
So we do not rush.
And thus we allow our body to pacify,
We allow our mind to pacify.
And in order to pacify your body,
You will see that your conscious gaze to your body is sufficient.
If you attend to your body,
All the sensations of your body with the intention to know it and relax it,
And that is just sufficient.
For example,
Take any part of your body right now that is in strain,
Unnecessary strain,
And pay loving,
Kind attention to it,
And you will find that that part relaxes.
In the same way,
Try to identify any parts of your body that needs relaxing today,
Right now.
And when body is completely relaxed or relaxing,
You add a smile.
And your smile is like an overarching cover.
It slowly settles.
Slowly settles all parts of your body,
All parts of your mind.
And your breathing also responds to it.
Anchoring our awareness in our body,
To our breath,
To our smile.
Grounding ourself in our reality,
Grounding ourself in what is right now.
There is body right now,
So you experience it through sensations.
There is mind right now,
And you experience it in the form of your mental objects.
And there is world out there,
So to speak,
And you experience the world through your perceptions,
Such as my words.
Hearing is a form of perception.
The sense of temperature on your skin is a perception.
The light behind your eyelid is a perception.
You know the world from your perceptions.
And you create all sorts of concepts through the mental faculty,
Through your thinking objects.
And you know your body through your bodily sensations.
So three words,
Sensation for body,
Mental activities or thoughts or mind for all the thinking objects,
Feeling,
Emotion objects.
And the world is known through perceptions.
Five senses tells you a story about the world.
So keep these words in your mind,
In your awareness as we proceed.
Sensation,
Mind,
And perception.
And see how beautifully they are all present here.
There is sensation,
There is some mental activity.
There are all sorts of perceptions,
Such as the words that your wisdom is grasping,
Understanding as we speak.
And have you realized,
Have you paid attention today,
Right now,
That how all of it is known simultaneously.
And your mind then creates a picture of what it calls reality.
When we were born,
From the age of two or three,
Very actively we started to learn about the world from the perspective of mind.
From the perspective of all our perceptions.
We name everything,
We label everything,
We create very useful concepts.
Which then allowed us to navigate the life.
It is an important phase in our development.
We have to pass through it.
So the awareness that was wrapped in body and mind had to make sense of the world from the perspective of the perception that is sensory objects and from the perspective of mind.
So that we can navigate the life.
We educated ourselves.
We managed to hold a job,
A business.
And we still navigate our life through these concepts.
And we all agree up until now.
So we continue to smile,
Continue to listen to the words spoken.
And see how the words are instantaneously understood by your wisdom.
It is not understood by a thought.
A thought can't understand anything.
It's a temporary phenomenon that comes and goes.
So be clear that thinking doesn't listen.
So ask yourself,
What is that that is listening right now?
And understanding without any effort every word that is spoken in English right now.
That magic of knowing words,
Listening is taking place beyond your mind.
Beyond your thought objects.
In your wisdom.
In your awareness.
Know that there is no experience you have ever had that did not have awareness in the center of it.
That awareness did not pervade.
You continue to smile and continue to prioritize the sense of knowing and being in your awareness.
That is continue to prioritize your awareness in your awareness.
In your awareness.
And now you would have found that all the peripheral objects have softened.
Without much effort.
Without effort.
The awareness is taking the central stage in your experience.
What was so called in background is now the background and the foreground.
Continue to smile through this.
And see how no effort is needed in sustaining,
In abiding as awareness.
These micro efforts are appearing to you as mental objects.
As a thought or micro sensation.
But you the astute seeker have learned to know what they are.
These objects of mind are not bad.
Something that you should discard or not like.
But they are there for you to equally love.
Accept.
And smile it.
Give space to.
And even feel gratitude towards.
Do not harbor any hate towards any objects that are appearing in your awareness.
Give a loving space.
Or rather become a loving space.
To all the objects in your kingdom of awareness.
Elevate the value of everything that is in your awareness.
Your awareness is king like.
And all the objects in your awareness are also elevated to the same level.
Now nothing is small in your awareness.
Nothing is devalued in your awareness.
Everything is elevated.
Everything is upgraded.
Known for what it is.
And I say this because I and many of you have known that what appears in your awareness is known by awareness.
And not just known by awareness but they are also essentially made of awareness.
A very important step in a journey of your seekers to know that whatever appears in my awareness cannot be made of anything other than awareness.
The essential aspect of non-duality is that only non-dual reality is.
That means there is no second.
Nothing other than awareness.
Non-dual.
Not two.
No second.
All in one.
As one.
So continue to smile in this experience of oneness.
Effortlessly.
You were always this.
And effortlessly you have been identifying yourself as this.
Slowly and surely.
And all the beautiful doubts on the journey will be met with your scientific experiential inquiry and will be pacified.
Because doubts are also made of awareness.
They are drawing your awareness to a part of itself that needs the light of awareness so that that knot that you have is untied so that it can progress in fully recognizing itself.
That is the meaning of doubt.
It is the value of doubt.
Hence,
This approach warns you to have doubt.
And meet your doubt with wisdom.
On your own or with somebody.
With this help.
So continue to smile.
And continue to sit in the kingdom of awareness.
Everything that is appearing in your awareness is automatically,
Instantaneously elevated.
The king itself.
And now this awareness wishes to think about the concept of time.
So it smiles.
It remains rooted,
Grounded in the presence.
And it asks itself,
What is the time?
How do I experience time right now?
If time is always present,
Where is it in my experience right now?
The awareness breathes in and out.
Sits like a scientist observing the current experience and finds nothing but itself.
There is no passing time.
There is no start or end of time in its own experience.
There is no beginning of one second and the end of one second that it can find.
So the awareness concludes that its own presence is divided into artificial units called seconds and minutes.
As an important concept to function in the world.
But as such,
Experientially,
There is no time.
The time is a concept.
Now think about an experience you had this morning.
Bring it in your awareness.
Experience you had this morning.
Now think about that what was present essentially when you had that experience this morning.
If this awareness is the reality of this experience,
It is the same awareness that was the reality of that experience in the morning.
The time during the experience was also this.
And the time of this experience is also this.
And now think about what was in between the experience in the morning and this experience.
Was it a series of seconds or series of minutes?
Or was it just one continuation of awareness?
Awareness then and awareness now.
It is not a small discovery.
But when mind looks at the experience in the morning and experience now,
It quickly jumps and says there was three hours,
Two hours,
Twelve hours between those two experiences.
But in reality,
There was nothing but awareness looking at awareness.
So when your mind looks at awareness through its own limitation,
It quickly calls it time.
Between one point and another point in its conceptual framework is called time.
But your experience of time is nothing but awareness.
See if it is clear to you.
Sit in the truth of your experience.
Sit in the glow of your wisdom.
And know that you know the nature of time.
That the time is the limitation that our mind puts on one continuous reality.
A very important concept to get through life.
Nevertheless,
A concept only.
And did you realize that what we call time and the value of time is a thought?
It's a thought like object.
Continue to smile.
And allow this understanding to now settle in your own body,
In your own mind,
In your own self.
And to whatever degree you understood this,
It is sufficient for today.
There is no hurry to know everything,
To name everything,
To remember every non-dual concept.
Your only job is to prioritize awareness in this experience.
And the job is done.
Continue to smile.
Continue to relax into your awareness.
And if you ever wonder about,
Am I rooted in awareness right now or not?
Am I grounded right now or not?
Ask yourself this question.
What is the reality that is listening to these words right now?
And settle right onto that answer.
In the same way you discovered the nature of time,
The same way can be used to discover the nature of space.
All the space that you can imagine,
Think,
Experience right now is taking place in awareness.
It's known by awareness,
Pervaded by awareness.
Non-dual reality is essentially there is one reality.
The existing multiplicity and diversity of experiences,
We do not deny it.
But essentially it is awareness.
Deepak Chopra in one of the conferences asked around 100 quantum physicists,
That do you agree that the essential reality of everything is one?
We know that they don't agree on what that one reality is.
But they agree,
All 100 of them,
That essential reality of everything is one thing.
Ultimately it will boil down to one thing.
So in our experience,
Which is all we have,
Which is all everybody has,
Also has the stamp of that one thing.
And that when you dive deep in your experience is nothing but awareness.
Yourself,
Your presence,
Your being and your knowing.
When perception looks at an event there,
An event here,
An object out there,
An object here,
It creates the concept of space.
Mind creates the concept of time and perception.
Your five senses creates the concept of space.
When you go out there,
Whatever the there is,
The essential reality of there is what you are experiencing right now here or right here.
What is right here is what is right there.
And what is in between right here and right there is the same awareness.
That connecting between there and here,
Object is nothing but awareness.
But when your perception looks at out there and compares it with here,
It has to create the concept of space.
Again a very useful concept to navigate life.
But essentially it is awareness.
So continue to smile and allow this understanding to settle in your being.
To whatever level it is clear,
Let go of any sense of effort,
Let go of any sense of overthinking.
And continue to smile,
Continue to prioritize your experience of being awareness.
With no effort you have elevated your understanding,
Your experiential understanding of time and space.
A very important milestone in your journey.
Now you do not have to do anything about this,
About this knowing,
Understanding.
You need to just remain light,
Effortless,
Awareness that you are.
You have just wiped some dust off your mirror.
The mirror was always present and for today this much dusting was sufficient.
Do not be greedy to clean the whole mirror just today.
But also do not devalue the cleaning of your mirror.
And yet again there is nothing else to do but to smile and be what you are.
In all the time that your mind can imagine and all the space that your senses can create.
Because essentially there is only one non-dual reality and you are right in the middle of it.
And ultimately that is all that matters.
And all the stories specify in this non-dual recognition of your beautiful self.
What else there is now left to do but to live like a king in your kingdom with a gentle smile.
There is no sense of proud in this king.
If anything what is can be called love but not proud,
Not an ego.
The fragrance of peace and the fragrance of quiet joy which is also known as happiness.
Very calmly 50 minutes have passed and when I say 50 minutes you know the nature of time.
It didn't feel like 50.
It always feels like this the nature of time is the nature of your presence.
So thank you so much for taking this journey with me.
And recognizing the true value,
True meaning of time and space in your own experience.
It was my privilege that I was with you when this understanding formed or settled.
