Nondual - Advaita Practice
This meditation effortlessly reveals your true self to you. All you have to do is to just listen, no prerequisite is needed to be what you already are - pure unlimited awareness. Advaita Vedanta ("non-duality") is an ancient Hindu system of spiritual realisation that aims to lead a seeker beyond duality and delusion. Photo by Greg Rakozy on Unsplash

Becoming aware of your full in-breath and your full out-breath.
And now becoming aware of your body.
Especially becoming aware of your skin.
The skin is seen as a one organ and it is one organ.
It is our largest organ.
So see if you can get in touch with this largest organ.
In the sense of,
See if you can feel any sensations on this.
There would be various types of sensations on our skin.
At the tingling sensation at the soles of our feet.
Tingling sensation at the top of our head.
Tingling sensations in our palms.
The touch of the fabric on our body.
Touch of the air on our face.
The touch of the warm air as we breathe out.
Allowing all these bodily sensations to be present and to be aware of them.
Without needing to pay any attention to any of them.
Just by remaining open to your skin,
Organ and all the sensations to it.
Skin is very natural and easy to you.
So letting off any extra effort you may be paying.
And knowing that this is very easy,
It is like a second nature to you.
Becoming aware of your skin.
As you become more and more at ease with this,
Becoming aware of your spine.
From the base of your spine to the top of your head.
Quickly scanning the spine from the base.
Inch by inch coming upward to your middle back.
To your shoulders and upper back.
Scanning the spine through our neck.
And even visualizing the point where our spine touches our skull at the back of our neck.
And sitting at ease with this sensation in your spine.
Now breathing in and out.
And as you breathe in,
Visualizing that the breath is coming from the base of your spine.
And rising as you breathe in and at the end of your breathing in.
It comes out like fountain through your breathing out.
So you are breathing in to the top of your head and you are breathing out like the fountain is coming out of the top of your head.
Just visualizing this process of breathing in and out like a fountain.
A conscious in-breath and a very relaxing out-breath.
Conscious in-breath and letting go on your out-breath.
Another in-breath and another out-breath.
And continuing this process very lightly,
Very easily at your own speed.
Continue with your relax.
Continuing with your sense of presence.
And letting go of any other thought,
Narrative or so-called distractions.
As invariably come in our awareness time to time.
But this time is not for them.
This time is for consciously just being and just resting in this being.
So letting go of any effort,
Letting go of any sense of anticipation as to what's next.
And seamlessly becoming aware of your skin,
Of your body.
Being aware of the space inside of the skin and outside of the skin.
And very effortlessly aware of the space within and without as one space.
So much so that you become this space.
This space within a glass jar and outside of the glass jar is one space.
So this jar,
The wall of the jar is not dividing the space.
So becoming this one unified space and letting go of any boundary.
Letting go of the boundary of your skin and becoming one with the space around you.
Experientially becoming this space.
And in this space you seamlessly aware of all the sensations within your body.
The sound that is outside of your body.
Also aware of the air around you.
Also becoming one with this space and allowing all the sensations,
Perceptions,
Sounds to come and go,
To rise and fall,
To do its dance as you,
The space,
Remain here resting in yourself.
And this space of yours is a benign,
Compassionate,
Inclusive space.
It allows everything to rise,
Dance and fall,
To appear and disappear.
But this space remains as it is,
Unperturbed,
Unchanged,
Ever present,
Always perfect.
It doesn't need any adding,
Doesn't need any subtracting.
It is complete.
And knowing that this space is your second nature,
Not doubting your ability to be this space in a wrong or right way,
And knowing that any doubt that may arise is just a sensation in your space.
So putting the doubt in its right place and let it dance and let it disintegrate.
As you come back to being the space.
There is nothing more to this meditation than this,
Becoming your space.
Becoming the space that you are,
Not cultivating it,
Not acquiring qualification to be the space,
But knowing that you already are this space.
So letting off any other narrative and exponentially become this.
This space of yours has no boundary,
Has no circumference,
And at the same time it has no center either.
Starting to remain this wide inclusive spaciousness,
Which is transparent,
Open and ever present.
So yourself right now is like a circle on a white paper drawn with a white line.
A circle drawn on a white paper with a white line.
There but not there.
It is as much inside as it is outside.
And in this space of yours,
You have included all the sensations of your body,
Your breath,
And all the mental activities,
All our thoughts,
Storylines,
Imaginations,
Memories.
In this space allows all the activities.
So as you sit here being yourself,
If a sensation is felt at the soles of your feet,
That sensation is known,
Detected,
Felt,
But not chased away,
And not pursued either.
So if a thought arises,
It is known,
Felt,
But is not pursued,
And is not rejected either.
But knowing that all these sensations and shapes and colors have a space within your space,
They come and they go.
And there lies the very important distinction between them and your space.
They all are allowed the space to arise,
But they never take over.
None of the thought,
None of the sensation or perception has permanent tendency in your space.
Only this space of knowing and space of being is permanent here.
Everything else is impermanent.
As we often say,
I am this,
I am that.
I am sad,
I am happy,
I am right.
I am an engineer,
I am hungry,
I am tired.
Everything comes after I am.
I am this or I am that.
So this space that we talk about,
That we experientially are right now,
The space is your I am.
And everything else,
All of those these and that are the activities that arise in your space.
So there is secondary.
And this time is for I am.
It's not for I am this or I am that.
So letting go of any these or that and continue to remain as I am.
And if you find in this course of meditation that time to time your I am is surrounded by a thought or a storyline,
It can happen very very easily knowing that you can always start again from just being I am.
Just asking the question to yourself,
Who am I?
It will bring you back to this space of your I am.
You can easily let go of other sensations or thoughts.
You may have to do this a few times in the beginning of your practice.
But with practice it will become easier and easier for you to remain in your I am nature.
There is a distinction between cultivating I am and experiencing I am.
There is no prequalification you need in order to come back to this I am.
You do not need to cultivate.
We do not need to practice to come back to this I am.
Because it's always here.
Always ever present in all our experiences good bad happy and sad.
A gentle recognition,
A gentle reminder will bring you back to this space of yours.
In Chinese tradition this is often known as silent illumination or becoming the natural mind.
In Tibetan this is known as method of no method.
Just sitting here resting in your natural mind.
Nothing special is happening.
It's nothing to gain,
Nothing to lose,
Nothing to attain.
It's just this.
And continue to remain just this one breath at a time,
One moment at a time.
Continue to breathe in and out.
Continue to be here for few more moments.
Knowing that this space is always here.
It's always here knowing all our experiencing guiding from inside of us.
And often the peacefulness and happiness and restfulness are the fragrances of this space.
And the nature of this space.
All the expression of peacefulness,
Love,
Happiness,
Restfulness do essentially arise from this space.
And we intuitively know this.
Sometimes we are unable to put our hand at it.
It's often because we are so thoroughly busy with our experiences that we forget the space in which the experiences arise.
So knowing this space in your own experience,
Allowing some time in your daily life for this space in a conscious way.
Knowing the real value of this space.
Knowing that it's always here,
Your second nature.
Bringing your awareness back to your body.
Bringing the awareness to the soles of your feet.
Bringing your awareness to your heart.
Bringing your awareness to your face.
Allowing a smile.
And allowing this smile to perculate through to your entire body.
Everything from your face,
Neck,
Heart,
Stomach and your legs.
Whenever you feel ready,
You can gently open your eyes.

This meditation taught me how to "be a space" without trying to change anything. I often find it hard to let go of my efforts to control thoughts during meditation, as I want to feel more peaceful. However, through this guided meditation, I realized that no effort was needed. I saw my body as a space, and everything happening inside was just sensations. It was precious not just knowing that I am a space but actually experiencing it in my body. Thank you very much🙏

I am with no boundaries and everything can be held here-my thoughts and imaginings, my grief and losses, my physiological body pains and sensations, even a ruin can be a holding place💚
