She received her 200 RYT certification in March 2020 at Sacred Chill West Atlanta, GA, and has completed immersion courses in Art of Rest Restorative yoga, Mindfulness in Kids Yoga, Accessible Yoga, mentorship with Octavia Raheem, and 75-hour MTT Illuminating Inward from Sankofa Yoga with Shawn Moore.
