Who are you?
I am sure that you have heard this question many times.
Try to remember who and when asked you this question.
And how many times have you asked this question yourself?
And how many times have you heard the answer?
Today you are going to meet up with your true self.
And this meeting will help you raise your self-esteem.
You can accept it or not,
But in fact you have been waiting for this meeting all your life.
Sit or lie down in a comfortable way.
Pay attention to what you feel now.
Take a deep breath through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.
Take one more breath.
And during expiration try to relax completely.
Continue to breathe slowly and gently,
Falling into pleasant relaxation.
Feel the areas where your body is stressed most of all.
Focus on each of these areas in turn.
And as you continue to breathe,
Imagine that this part of your body becomes more relaxed than before.
With each breath this part of your body becomes more,
More relaxed.
Feel that relaxation.
Soft,
Gentle,
Calm,
Easy,
Free.
And let that feeling of relaxation grow.
Continue breathing slowly and gently.
Now start creating a picture in your mind.
Imagine a place where you feel completely relaxed,
Gentle,
Calm.
It could be a favorite place which you've been to once,
Or a place you've seen,
Or it could be a completely fictional place.
It is important that this is a place where you feel happy and confident.
Create in your mind the details of this place.
Visualize the sights,
Sounds,
And smells of your safe place.
Imagine how you feel physically there.
Enjoy the way you feel in this safe place.
Calm and safe.
At peace with yourself.
Enjoy the relaxation you pass through.
And now start repeating each of these statements in your mind or out loud.
Use your imagination to fully believe each statement in order to boost your self-esteem.
I am at peace with myself.
I estimate myself as a personality.
All people have significance and I am a significant person.
I deserve love.
I deserve happiness.
I imagine and believe that all of these statements are true for me right now,
In this moment,
And enjoy the rays of self-esteem that I feel.
If I am in a bad mood,
I accept my emotions and understand that this mood will change and I will be happy again.
I look forward to the future and enjoy the present.
My present and future are bright and positive.
I feel love and tenderness to the memories of my past.
I forgive myself for my mistakes.
To err is human.
I forgive myself and release the feeling of regret.
I forgive myself for mistakes because I have felt my guilt for a long time enough.
I've suffered enough and now it's time for me to break free.
By freeing myself from past mistakes,
I can move on and give back to society.
I forgive myself.
I imagine and believe that all of these statements are true for me right now,
In this moment,
And enjoy the rays of self-esteem that I feel.
I accept all of my drawbacks and take up my strong points.
I consider my drawbacks to be underdeveloped strengths,
But not weaknesses.
I develop new strength with pleasure.
I allow myself to be imperfect and continue to be a good person.
I love being the person who I am and I love myself for who I am.
I love the child inside me.
I feel secure in who I am and don't need to compare myself to others.
I imagine and believe that all of these statements are true for me right now,
In this moment,
And enjoy the rays of self-esteem that I feel.
I accept myself.
I am a significant person.
I accept myself.
I feel confident.
I accept myself.
I feel safe.
I accept myself with love and self-esteem.
Think again about your safe place.
Imagine that you are enjoying this place.
Recognize the feelings which you have after repetition of self-statements.
Accept whatever positive feelings you have.
Let yourself feel calm and at peace.
It's time to return to the external world.
Remember that you can return here in your imagination at any time to relax,
Feel calm and also feel comfortable and safe.
Take with you the feeling of accepting yourself into the external world.
Keep that feeling of self-confidence when you get back to your day.
Now I will count to three.
When I say three,
You will feel cheerful,
Awake and very relaxed.
One.
Take a deep purgative breath and exhale slowly.
Two.
Take another deep breath and exhale.
Three.
You feel energetic,
Lively and very relaxed.
