Welcome,

This is Reset and Recharge,

A meditation to clear your mind and body.

If you've had a full day of meetings,

Conversations or interactions,

This is your time.

Even positive connection can leave a subtle charge behind,

Micro decisions,

Mental clutter,

Emotional energy that clings to the edges.

This meditation is your reset button to release what isn't yours,

Clear what no longer serves and return to your center.

Whether you're an introvert recovering,

An empath decompressing or simply someone ready to let go,

You have arrived,

Let's begin.

Find a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down,

Let your body be supported and your spine gently lengthened.

Now,

Softly close your eyes,

Let the outer world fade.

Take a slow breath in through your nose and exhale gently through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale deeply,

Feel the chest expand and exhale completely,

Letting your shoulders melt.

Start,

Imagine you're arriving back into yourself.

With each breath,

Feel your energy gently settling.

Let's move your awareness through the body now,

Not to fix or change anything,

But just to listen and release.

Begin at the top of your head,

Allow your forehead to soften,

Your eyebrows release,

Your eyes relax in their sockets and your jaw on clench,

Letting the tongue rest behind your teeth.

Bring awareness to your neck and your shoulders,

So much held here.

With your next exhale,

Imagine the tension melting,

Like wax under warmth.

Bring attention to your chest and heart,

Notice if anything from the day lingers here,

A feeling,

A moment,

Let it soften.

Now to your belly,

Let it rise and fall gently with your breath,

Let go of control,

Let it be soft.

Bring awareness to your hips,

Legs,

Knees,

Feet.

Feel the entire lower body supported by gravity,

Heavy,

Rooted,

You're safe to let go.

Now in your mind's eye,

Imagine yourself walking through a peaceful forest,

Tall trees,

Golden light filtering through the leaves,

The sound of water flowing in the distance.

You follow a soft stone path and arrive at a beautiful waterfall of golden light.

The water flows gently,

Warm,

Glowing,

Filled with healing energy.

Step beneath it now,

Feel the light water touch the top of your head,

Rinse away mental noise,

Scattered thoughts,

Digital fatigue.

It flows down your forehead,

Clearing tension,

Down the back of your neck,

Softening.

Into your shoulders where you carry responsibilities,

Let it all fall away.

The light water flows down your arms,

Your hands,

Releasing the residue of all you've touched and held today.

Let it go.

Over your chest,

Your heart center,

Let it wash away any lingering emotions,

Over giving or energy that's not yours.

You might feel threads or clouds lifting,

Releasing into the stream.

Now your abdomen,

The center of your will,

Your gut,

Your power,

Soften here.

Let the water clear away stress,

Striving,

Gripping.

It pours down your hips and pelvis,

Releasing stuck energy from sitting or holding tension.

Down your legs,

Knees,

Calves,

Ankles,

Until it reaches your feet.

Now feel it.

Everything you don't need.

Everything you've carried that isn't truly yours is drawn down through the soles of your feet,

Released into the earth.

The ground absorbs it all,

Effortless,

Lovingly.

You are rinsed.

You are cleared.

You are light.

Stand here under the waterfall a moment longer.

Breathe.

And feel yourself becoming yourself again.

Now simply rest.

No doing.

Just space.

Just you.

Let the calm settle in.

Let the clarity return.

This is your reset point.

Begin to come back gently now.

Wiggle your fingers.

Roll your shoulders softly.

Maybe stretch it.

It feels good.

Take one final deep breath in.

And exhale completely.

As you open your eyes,

Notice how light you feel.

How clear.

You are reset.

You're recharged.

You're ready.

Not to do more,

But to do less.

From presence.
