Welcome to the Stress Detox Meditation,

A guided nervous system reset designed specifically for founders,

Business owners,

And high performing leaders.

I'm Matthias and this meditation is part of a transformational series created to support you in leading with clarity,

Energy,

And alignment,

Especially when life and business feels intense.

If your mind is racing,

Your chest feels tight,

Or you're carrying the weight of non-stop decisions,

Meetings,

And back-to-back calls,

This practice will guide you back to a state of grounded calm.

Give yourself just a few mindful moments to reset.

Let's begin.

Find a comfortable seat or lie down.

Let your hands rest softly,

Your eyes gently close.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and sigh it out through the mouth.

Again,

Inhale deeply and exhale fully.

Let your shoulders drop.

Let your jaw soften.

Let the nervous system know it's safe to relax now.

Begin a gently breathing pattern now.

Inhale for a count of four.

Hold for four.

Exhale slowly for a count of six.

Let's do that again.

Inhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Exhale one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six.

One more time.

Hold for four and exhale for six.

Feel your body downshift with every breath.

You are unplugging from pressure and plugging into presence.

Now let's shift from mental noise to somatic presence.

Start by feeling the air on your skin.

Notice the way your body is supported by the chair,

The ground,

The surface beneath you.

Let your eyes be soft,

Even closed.

Notice the subtle flickers inside,

Movement,

Color,

Sensation,

And allow it all to settle.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Don't try to control it,

Just notice.

Let it move through you like a wave.

With each exhale,

Feel the day releasing.

With each inhale,

Feel clarity returning.

Drop into your center of gravity,

Just below the navel.

Feel yourself sink inward,

Settle downward.

Now feel the space around you like an invisible field holding you gently.

You are not alone.

You are not rushed.

You are in a pause.

Let your body feel that there is no emergency here.

Let stillness wrap around you like a weighted blanket.

No effort.

No fixing.

Just being.

Now gently bring your attention to the sounds around you.

Let them come and go without judgment.

Each sound is part of the present moment.

Nothing needs to change.

Visualize now a soft lavender mist drifting in around you.

Cool,

Calming,

Relaxing.

With each breath,

It soothes your skin,

Your nerves,

Your energy.

Feel your nervous system exhale.

Feel your body drop into neutrality,

Peaceful,

Balanced,

Still.

This is your somatic anchor.

You can return to it anytime.

Now,

With your body soft and open,

Begin to visualize a soft golden light above your head.

It shimmers like sunlight reflecting off gentle waves.

This golden light begins to pour down over the crown of your head like warm honey or liquid sunshine.

It moves down slowly,

Lovingly,

Washing away all stress and static.

Feel it move across your scalp,

Soothing your nervous system.

Over your forehead,

Softening your thoughts.

Down around your eyes and cheeks,

Cooling any heat or tension.

It flows gently over your throat and neck,

Releasing the words you didn't say,

The pressure to speak or perform.

It invites pure silence,

Safety,

And expression.

The golden light moves to your shoulders,

Melting away responsibilities,

Stress,

And tension.

Let it lift the invisible weight you've been carrying.

It continues into your arms,

Through your elbows,

Wrists,

And hands.

Every part of your upper body feels light,

Open,

And safe.

Now the light moves through your heart space,

Glowing warmly in your chest.

Let it heal any heart-based stress,

Overwhelm,

Or tightness.

Down in your abdomen,

Soften your gut,

Calming your digestion,

Relaxing your center of power.

Now it moves through your hips,

Grounding you.

Down through your legs,

Knees,

Calves,

Ankles,

All the way to the sole of your feet.

See this golden light not just flowing over you,

But now surrounding you in a sphere or cocoon of calm.

It's like you've entered a protective,

Energetic sanctuary.

In this calm field,

Everything slows down.

There's no rush,

No pressure,

And no proving.

You are held.

You are safe.

You are enough.

Let this field gently reprogram your nervous system to know,

I can be calm and still succeed.

I am safe to lead from peace.

I release what's not mine to carry.

Take a few breaths inside this golden sanctuary.

Allow the energy to anchor.

Let it become your new baseline.

With every breath,

The light expands.

You're sitting in a field of calm.

No one needs anything from you right now.

There's nothing to solve.

Just you.

Just stillness.

Feel your whole body again.

Present.

Open.

Clear.

Notice how much lighter you feel.

More grounded.

More able to handle whatever comes next.

From a place of power,

Not pressure.

Take one more deep breath in.

And slowly exhale.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Come back into the space around you.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

You've just completed your stress detox meditation.

Let this feeling guide you for the rest of your day.
