Meditation on deep grief for tea.

Breathe deeply,

Experience completely and feel freely.

When you inhale,

Know that you are embracing and when you exhale you are releasing.

Releasing the sadness,

Embracing the good.

When you feel the deep sadness,

Longing and memory from your grief,

May you know that it does not last forever.

The most important thing to remember about your grief is that you are not alone and that while you will never get over it,

It will become softer for you.

Things are different now and your life has changed forever.

Allow yourself to know that it will become softer.

It will never go away but it will become softer.

May you feel deep peace in your heart,

Your spirit,

Mind and body.

I heard you say that you were surrounded by anxiety,

Loneliness and despair.

May you come to understand that your anxiousness is a part of how your body and mind are working through you right now and that it does get better with time and with peace and in the quiet,

In the quiet.

While we are told that loneliness and despair are normal,

It may not feel like that right now.

Allow yourself to feel the emotions surrounding you in your loneliness.

Let it emanate from your heart for just a moment.

Allow yourself to feel the emotions surrounding you in your loneliness and let it emanate for a moment.

And now allow it to float away from you and when you are ready,

See it go as a cloud floating away.

Sit in these feelings and then let it sift through the moments of now.

Despair is that part of us that just wants to be done with this already.

Your heart may not be ready.

Your body might not be ready.

Spirit is,

However,

Always ready.

And how does that feel?

Inhale,

Embrace what you need.

Exhale,

Release what you don't need.

Exhale,

Release what you don't need.

Your body has a memory of that of the good that came before the grief.

Allow yourself to remember that good.

Know that the importance of your grief is about you and only you.

No one else is involved in how you grieve.

May you seek support and may you reach out whenever you might need it.

May you remember that while you hurt from your grief,

You are a stronger person because of this experience.

You have become a better you.

Here is an affirmation for you.

Allow my words to become your words.

Sadness is with me for only a short while and peace and happiness are mine forever.

Peace will come and go as well as sadness and smiles and in your heart you will know that you are a better person because of this understanding.

And how do you feel?

How are you in spirit,

Mind and body?

Sadness is with me for only a short while and peace and happiness are mine forever.

May you allow yourself to embrace those words as your own.

Sadness is with me for only a while and peace and happiness are mine forever and always.

Allow your mind to have that memory in your body before the grief.

Now allow your body to let those feelings embrace you with the love,

Light and laughter of the memories you have.

May your sadness come into gladness and may you know that you are loved.

May your happiness come into gladness and happiness are mine forever.
