In our meditation practice,
We will be connecting to a sisterhood of light,
Timeless teachers of love,
Grace,
Compassion,
Power,
And remembrance.
So let's go ahead and get really comfortable,
Closing your eyes softly and taking some long,
Slow,
Deep breaths.
Taking long,
Slow,
Deep breaths to become fully present right here,
Right now.
Inhaling light,
And with your exhale,
Release any tension,
Any stress,
Any fears.
Just relax with nothing to do.
As I play the sound healing bowls,
Absorb the frequency and energy of the healing bowls.
Visualize a sacred healing light coming down from the heavens,
And this waterfall of light is soft.
The light is pure love and connecting us to all that is.
The healing light flows into your third eye,
Washing away any worry.
Flowing light moves into your throat,
Relaxing your neck and your shoulders.
Feel your throat bathed in love and light,
Your authentic voice clear and free.
The golden current of light continues through your heart,
Expanding warmth,
Compassion,
And peace.
Flowing into the solar plexus,
Igniting confidence,
Power,
And strength.
Softening into the sacral center,
Awakening creativity,
Passion,
And joy.
The golden light anchors into your root,
Grounding you deep into the earth's embrace.
You are safe and supported.
Heaven and earth are one within you,
And you are a vessel of golden light.
And we open our heart to one light,
The light that wears many names,
Yet it is one in its essence.
Compassion,
Grace,
Healing,
And love.
Bring your awareness to your heart.
Picture a rose,
Tight and drawn into a bud,
And every time you exhale,
Feel the rose opening.
Imagine the petals of a rose slowly opening,
Letting go.
Surrender and feel physical tension release.
Emotional tension dissolve with every breath.
The unfurling of the rose melts away stress,
Releasing anything that no longer serves you.
Feel love expanding within you,
And send love out to the world.
Visualize light rising from your heart,
Upward through your crown,
And connecting you to the energy of the angels and the stars.
And imagine in your mind,
Inviting the presence of Mother Mary.
Mother Mary,
A vessel of grace that's here to teach us to love and to hold one another without fear.
Feeling her energy as she embraces you.
Inviting now Kuan Yin,
Ocean of mercy.
Pour peace upon every soul,
Embracing us with your compassion.
Isis,
Great winged mother,
Gather the scattered pieces and make us whole in your embrace.
Asking in your heart for their presence,
And feel them holding you in divine love.
Feel the energy moving through you like a sacred dance,
A sacred union within yourself.
Feel the movement.
You are spirit.
You are matter.
And you are divine.
You are opening and allowing this sacred fusion of your own essence with your body.
And you feel an aliveness within.
Beloved ones,
We are remembering as we connect to this loving energy.
All of these frequencies are helping you remember who you truly are,
Who you have always been,
As we come together in a field as one.
A sacred union with the angels and sisters who carry light and love right inside of their hearts.
Feel the power of this experience.
And remember the power of coming together,
Of holding a field of light,
And feel the flame alive within you.
Your sacred heart is expanding.
Unlocking a sacred portal,
A gateway of your own divine essence.
And opening your sacred body to a new level of remembrance.
You are a living temple.
You are love,
Compassion.
You are joy.
And you spread your light with every breath.
And you are so loved and honored for who you are.
