Sometimes, our greatest challenges come wrapped in the guise of hardship. This poem is a reflection of transformation—turning betrayal into wisdom, pain into power, and wounds into light. A thank-you note to the people and experiences that tried to break us but instead shaped us into something stronger. A poetic reminder that healing is possible and that we have the power to rise, regrow, and reclaim our light.

Thank you to the haters,

To the abusers,

And the snakes.

Thank you to the judges,

To the liars,

And those who slam the brakes.

Thank you for the twisted love.

Thank you for the painful shove.

Thank you for the boundaries broken.

Thank you for the cruel words spoken.

You have been my greatest teachers,

Sculpting my most potent features.

You've given me the chance to transmute,

Upshift,

Heal,

And ultimately re-root.

Unworthiness into power,

An unwanted weed into a cherished flower.

Today,

I stand a wounded healer,

No longer choosing to engage with energy stealers.

I shine my light brightly to let others know it's possible to shed,

To regrow,

And let go.
