Now bring your awareness to this moment,

Right now.
Let this be a pause.
Let this be your time to check in with you.
Ask yourself,
What do I want to take away from today?
What energy or mindset would support me best?
What do I want to feel as a result of today's work?
Perhaps it's clarity,
Maybe it's curiosity,
Connection,
Or confidence.
Let one word or phrase rise naturally.
No need to overthink,
Just notice what comes forward.
Now imagine yourself moving through your day with that intention guiding you.
