Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,

Then let it out slowly.

Now feel the rhythm of your breath steadying you,

Grounding you in this moment.

And from that place of groundedness,

I invite you to bring forward three things that you are going to do to make today great.

Once you have those ideas solidified,

Consider how do you want to feel as a result of accomplishing them?

Perhaps it's a sense of inner harmony,

Connection,

Or even creativity.

Whatever comes forward for you is perfect.

Now from that feeling tone,

Visualize yourself manifesting those intentions with ease and grace as you breathe deeply.

With one hand on your heart,

Repeat to yourself,

I'm so happy and grateful now that I've prioritized my intentions with ease and grace.

Take a moment to do another deep breath in,

Holding your intentions at the top of your breath,

And then a big exhale out,

Carrying these intentions with you in your day.
