Snippets of Wisdom,

Releasing Thoughts That Cause Stress Ugh,

Stress.

Stress takes all the fun out of life.

It compounds confusion and chaos because we can't think straight.

We tend to think about everything that can go wrong when stressed.

We don't work efficiently.

Our productivity tanks.

We are irritable and may blast family,

Friends,

And anyone crossing our paths.

Our bodies can't handle chronic stress and our health breaks down.

What causes stress?

I was thinking about this and wrote the following in my journal.

Stress is only caused by thoughts of lack.

Lack of time,

Productivity,

Money,

And love.

What thoughts and beliefs about lack are causing me stress?

Whenever I start thinking about lack of time,

I feel unhappy and my productivity diminishes.

I stress about that.

If I think I don't have enough money to do something I want to do,

I stress about money and I can't see my abundance for the lack.

I stress out that I'm unlovable when I'm lonely.

How about you?

What thoughts and beliefs about lack are causing you stress?

Sometimes we repeat thoughts of lack so much that we start believing what we're thinking instead of noticing how those thoughts feel.

The horrible feeling emotions indicate that what we're thinking is a lie.

Our inner beings never think about lack,

So when we do,

We feel the discord.

What if we decide to take control of our thoughts?

What if we reach for thoughts that feel better as soon as we notice we're feeling negative emotions?

What if we start repeating thoughts that have plenty of time?

What if we look for thoughts about things that make us happy?

What if we agree with our inner beings belief that we are abundant beings?

What if we knew what our inner beings know about how loved we are?

Wouldn't these beliefs stop all the stress?

We would be much more efficient and time would become our friend.

Our productivity would skyrocket.

Money would begin flowing with ease for what we'd love to do.

We would know and feel the love of who we are.

Remember,

Thoughts of lack cause stress and are lies because of how they feel.

Let's think and believe more like our inner beings.

Ease and flow,

Baby.

Return every day and practice being who you are by choosing another meditation or a talk to listen to in the Snippet of Wisdom series.

Big hugs,

Marianne.
