Get comfortable and settle into a seated position or lying down.
Gently close your eyes.
Begin with a few deep breaths to summon life force through you.
Relax and begin to melt into your position.
Continue breathing deeply as you scan your body for any tension that needs to be released.
Relax and release any lingering tension.
As I pause after each affirmation,
Allow yourself to really feel into each one as you return to your naturally high vibration of joy.
