Hello again and welcome back.
Today's meditation contains many empowering and uplifting self-care affirmations to help you transform how you see yourself,
How you think about yourself,
And how you care for yourself.
As you listen,
I invite you to renew your commitment to love and care for yourself every day.
To begin,
Make yourself comfortable and close your eyes.
Bring your attention to the steady flow of your breathing and allow your mind to become quiet as you prepare to enter your sacred space of love and light.
This is your time to simply be.
Now,
Imagine that you are surrounded by a beautiful bright light of loving and healing energy.
You can see that this light is extending upward to the heavens above and downward,
Deep into the center of the earth.
On your next breath,
Visualize yourself breathing in this brilliant light from above and below.
Breathe the light into your heart space.
As you breathe out,
See the light spreading throughout your body and expanding outward to fill up your aura.
Again,
Breathe the light into your heart space and as you exhale,
Feel the light filling up your body and expanding outward into your aura.
One more time,
Breathing in your brilliant light and breathing it out,
Watching it flow into your body and aura.
As you see yourself within your brilliant aura now,
Your energy field of light and love,
You are reminded that you can be,
Do and have everything that your heart desires.
Continue to hold yourself in your powerful energy field of light and love as you fully receive the following words into your heart.
Today,

I choose to forgive myself and let go of past mistakes.

I am doing my best and that is enough.

Be willing to take inspired action to care for yourself one step at a time.
Remember,
When you take good care of yourself,
You have more energy,
Love and kindness to offer others.
And when you are ready to end this meditation in your own time,
Slowly and gently bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings and open your eyes.
