Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and feel your breath flowing through your body.
As you exhale,
Feel the breath flooding your body with the sensation of calm,
Peace and tranquility.
Take another deep breath in,
This time direct your breath to your mind.
As you exhale,
Let go of any worries or concerns that have been on your mind.
Your mind becomes quieter and quieter as your thoughts simply float away.
Take one more deep breath in and connect deeply with your true essence,
Your spiritual self.
As you exhale,
Notice that your body,
Mind and soul are one and in complete alignment.
As you return to a normal breathing pattern,
Notice how each breath moves gently in and gently out.
Now,
Bring your focus to your heart space and allow your heart to open and expand as you fully receive the following words.
Today,
May I live with ease.
May I be kind to myself.
May I see the good in other people.

May I dance like no one is watching.
May I get in touch with my inner creative genius.
Today may I practice acceptance of life as it is.

Now it's time to activate your inner dreamer.
For the next few minutes,
Visualize yourself enjoying a healthy,
Fulfilling,

A life of freedom.

This is your dream life and you can create it to be whatever you want.
Where will you be living?
Who is with you?
How are you spending your time?
As you visualize yourself living your desired life,
Let yourself feel how it will feel to be living it.
How does it feel in your body,
In your mind,
In your heart,
And in your soul?
Let it be easy,
And it will be.
Now become aware of how you are feeling in this moment.
Bring all of the positive and uplifting feelings with you as you continue on with your day.
And be willing to listen to the whispers of your heart.
As new ideas and thoughts come to you,
Be willing to take inspired action toward your ideal life.
