Take a moment to find a comfortable position,

Whether seated or lying down.

Close your eyes and begin to focus on your breath,

Noticing the rise and fall of your chest with each inhale and exhale.

Feel the soothing rhythm of your breath anchoring you in the present moment,

Allowing you to let go of any distractions or concerns.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation.

Feel the weight of your body supported by the surface beneath you.

Let go of any thoughts or worries,

Allowing them to drift away like leaves carried by the wind.

As you continue to breathe easily and slowly,

Imagine a warm,

Golden light surrounding you,

Enveloping you in a cocoon of relaxation.

Feel this soothing light washing over you,

Melting away any remaining tension or stress.

Now,

Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment,

Gently wiggling your fingers and toes.

Know that you can return to this place of inner peace and renewal whenever you need.

When you feel ready,

Slowly open your eyes as you return to your day.
