This meditation is about filling yourself up with love. This can be easily done by consciously breathing in love with every inhalation, and releasing worries and fears with every exhalation. As you practice this powerful exercise, visualize love coming into your body and aura - as a beautiful and brilliant light. As you breathe in more and more of this endless love, imagine that your entire body and aura are safe and secure within this loving light. Remember... You are pure love in human form. Today's me time is about filling yourself up with love.

Let's begin by getting comfortable and closing your eyes.

Take in a slow deep breath.

Hold your breath for a few seconds and as you exhale let go of stress and tension.

Release all thoughts and allow yourself to relax.

This is your time to simply be.

As you bring your focus to your breathing connect with the following words.

Breathe in love.

Breathe out fear.

Breathe in love.

Breathe out worries.

Breathe in love.

Breathe out fear.

Breathe in love.

Breathe out worries.

Again.

Remember you are pure love in human form.
