This meditation is about filling yourself up with love. This can be easily done by consciously breathing in love with every inhalation, and releasing worries and fears with every exhalation. As you practice this powerful exercise, visualize love coming into your body and aura - as a beautiful and brilliant light. As you breathe in more and more of this endless love, imagine that your entire body and aura are safe and secure within this loving light. Remember... You are pure love in human form.
