Finding your power is the cornerstone of living a fulfilled purpose-driven life.
Find yourself a comfortable seated position in a quiet space where you can be undisturbed for the next 10 minutes and just allow your body to settle.
Find yourself a position that is both relaxed but alert.
Now gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out and just keep taking those deep breaths in and out and with every inhale and exhale just begin to feel more relaxed,
More present and more in control of your life.
Now let's start by grounding ourselves.
Just focus on the sensation of your body touching the seat beneath you.
Feel the weight of your body being supported.
Visualize roots growing from your body into the ground anchoring you to the earth.
And with every breath you take feel these roots going deeper and deeper and deeper connecting you to the earth's vast energy.
You are stable,
Secure and ready to tap into your inner power.

Now bring your attention back to your breath.
Just notice the natural rhythm of every inhale and exhale.
Don't change your breathing,
Just notice that natural rhythm.
With each inhale imagine drawing in strength and power from the universe around you and with each exhale release any doubts,

Exhale doubt.
Feel that inner strength growing with each breath cycle.
Feel that you're becoming more potent and more vibrant with every breath that you take.
Now I'd like you to imagine a bright light at the core of your body.
