And invite these feelings to be with you now.
Invite in a smile to your whole face,
Your whole face smiling,
Your lips and mouth and eyes and forehead.
Your smiling from the inside.
Your whole head and face is radiating a smile.
A relaxed,
Joyful smile.
And imagine a big smile spreading across your chest,
Opening up your heart space,
Allowing your shoulders to drop.
And now allow the smile to embody your whole being so that every inch of your body from your head to your toe is smiling.
And go back and invite in a reflection of that joyful time while you're smiling.
