Find yourself in a comfortable position,

Taking your time to really get somewhere that feels good and comfy,

Relaxing.

Settle into this space.

Allow yourself to arrive.

And offer yourself a few deep,

Slow breaths if that feels good.

Breathing in nice and slow into your belly and chest,

An entire body filling up with air.

And pausing at the top if it feels okay.

And allowing your exhale to be slow and soft and smooth.

Taking a few more of these slow,

Gentle,

Loving breaths.

Maybe breathing in through your nose and breathing out of your mouth.

Maybe sighing it out.

Whenever that feels complete,

You can allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.

Beginning to feel your body sitting on whatever support you're on right now.

And inviting your body to rest and relax into the support.

You have been doing so much caretaking and supporting this new life.

And can you allow yourself to be supported by the earth?

Can you invite yourself to relax into the support?

To be held because you deserve it too.

Noticing what it feels like just to soften in this moment.

Notice what your body is feeling like right now.

Maybe there are some aches or pains and that's okay.

Try to meet them without judgment.

Maybe offer your breath to go into these spaces.

Breathing into these spaces with loving awareness.

With gentleness.

Breathing into places that feel tight or tense.

You can even stretch a little bit if that feels good.

Moving your body in these places.

Shifting.

Getting the energy flowing a little bit.

Notice if your body is giving you any information.

If you're able to meet some of those needs,

Go for it.

This is your time.

Taking a moment to acknowledge all the hard work that your body has recently done.

To birth a new life.

To bring a new being into this world.

How amazing this body is.

Regardless of what the situation or experience was like,

You did probably the most amazing thing that a human being can do.

Bring a new life into the world.

So I invite you to extend some gratitude to this body.

For all of its hard work.

That big adventure you just had.

And adventure you continue having that your body continues having with parenthood.

Gratitude and appreciation for all the body has done.

All the body is currently doing right now in this moment.

Gratitude for all the ways that your body is doing such hard work in the future.

Caring for this baby,

This new life.

Caring for yourself.

Appreciation for the magic and wondrous experiences of the body.

Maybe putting your hand on your heart and giving your heart a little rub,

A little gentle tenderness.

I imagine there's a lot of emotions present these days.

Just check in.

What's in your heart?

Whatever's here can be here.

It's allowed.

It's welcome.

It's appreciated.

What is your heart telling you?

Saying thank you to this beautiful heart.

Extending yourself some gratitude.

Taking a few moments here just to breathe with your heart.

Breathing in and out of your wondrous heart.

Noticing what it feels like to breathe with your heart space.

Knowing that whatever comes up for you in these wild,

Busy times,

You can always pause and return to your heart.

Even if it's just for a moment,

A few seconds.

Sending yourself some gratitude for taking the time to care for yourself.

Because that will extend out to your new little one and all the other people and beings in your life.

Sending you so much love.

Bye for now.
