Hi there,

This is an unconditional self-love reset.

This is a practice for whenever you find yourself stuck in ruminating thoughts.

Maybe you notice that they're thoughts that are unkind,

Unhelpful,

Or maybe they're just annoying because they don't stop.

After you notice that,

Pause and simply say,

I love you.

Not I love you because or I love you when.

Simply,

I love you.

Unconditional love.

Our minds and thoughts are part of ourselves.

And I don't know about you all,

But I've come to realize that we are all here to love all of ourselves,

Not just part of ourselves,

All of ourselves,

Including the parts we don't like,

Including our annoying,

Unkind,

Unhelpful thoughts.

They are here for our love too.

The brain is just trying its best to protect us,

To help us.

But sometimes it just needs to have a break.

It needs to slow down.

It needs to know that it is loved.

We need to know that all parts of ourselves,

Even the parts that we don't like sometimes,

All parts of us deserve our love.

So try it.

The next time you're trying to go to sleep or you're sitting down to meditate or you're going about your day and your head is doing its thing and just won't stop.

Maybe you notice you're getting frustrated and in that frustration,

Just pause and say,

I love you.

I love you.

I love all of you.

And it's okay if you don't feel it yet.

If you don't feel that love,

If you don't have warm,

Gushing feelings flowing out of you,

Maybe you do,

Maybe you don't.

It's okay no matter what because it is a practice.

It's a practice to cultivate more self-love,

More acceptance,

More compassion for yourself.

And that extends out to every being and everything you do in the world.

It's not selfish.

It's not just for you.

When you love yourself,

Think about how you show up in the world.

Think about how you show up for yourself and for others.

Love is a practice.

So keep going.
