Hello!

I'm inviting you on a beautiful starry journey to meet your true self.

Lie down and make yourself comfortable.

We'll start when you close your eyes.

Imagine that you are lying down,

Not inside your home,

Outside.

It's evening and you can clearly see stars above you in the night sky.

Deep blue sky and hundreds,

Thousands,

Millions of tiny light dots.

You are breathing deeply and relaxed.

You are amazed by the vast space of the sky.

Feel how big it is.

Feel the beauty of the shining stars.

Now imagine that the light of the stars falling down on your body.

It's a warm,

Soft light.

It goes through your skin and spreads across your whole body easily,

Effortlessly,

Filling every corner of your body,

From head to toe.

Feel how you are filled with the warm energy of the stars.

I'm going to ask you two questions now and give you some time to answer them.

I'll come back in three minutes after the second question.

Don't forget to keep breathing deep and relaxed.

Now you are lying down and you are filled with the stars.

Your stars are inside you.

Maybe you are the sky,

Vast,

Beautiful sky.

Feel how big you are.

You are expanding with every breath in.

If there is the sky above you and you are the sky,

Where are you?

I'm back.

You can now slowly return from your journey.

Become aware of the place where you are lying down.

Become aware of your body,

Your breath.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Open your eyes.
