This is an emergency-guided meditation.

It's a quick help if you feel anxious,

Stressed or worried.

It takes only 10 minutes.

Let's start.

First,

Make yourself comfortable.

You can lie down.

Place your hands on your chest and begin to breathe deeply.

Close your eyes.

As you breathe,

Focus on your body.

Focus on your chest movement.

Don't push away your worries,

But allow them to be with you as you concentrate on your breath and body.

Feel whatever you feel right now.

Who is worrying?

Ask yourself this question and look deeper.

Who is it?

I will leave you to explore it for the next 3 minutes.

I am back.

Imagine a shining sphere of white light inside your heart.

This is the energy of your soul.

With every breath,

It expands more and more.

Warm light fills your chest.

It spreads all over your body.

Feel it.

You are loved.

You are safe.

You are light.

When you are ready,

Slowly bring your awareness back to your surroundings and open your eyes.
