Sometimes we experience unwanted emotions for too long and it's hard to let them go.

This healing meditation helps to transform emotions that are stuck inside.

When these emotions and feelings are transformed,

They release energy that becomes fuel for positive changes in your life.

Make yourself comfortable.

You can lie down and we start.

Start breathing slowly.

It will calm your brain,

Bringing you into a more relaxed state.

Close your eyes as we begin to visualize things that are not visible in the physical world.

Don't worry if it's hard to imagine.

Your effort is enough.

Imagine yourself sitting in front of the fire.

Feel the warmth of the fire in your body.

It makes you more relaxed with every breath.

Now,

Let's change the colors of the fire with your imagination.

Orange,

Yellow,

And red are turning into light and dark shades of violet color.

Flames of violet color are transformational.

They can transform dark emotions that are stuck inside.

To do this,

Find this emotion inside your body.

Maybe it's worry,

Maybe it's grief,

Anything that makes you uncomfortable.

Find the location of this in your body.

Now,

Take it with your hands and put it inside the violet fire.

See how it burns and transforms into the light.

Check if you still have any dark feelings inside you.

If you still have anything,

Repeat it again.

Take it from your body and put it or throw it inside the violet fire.

Repeat it as many times as you need until you feel that it's not inside you anymore.

Now,

The heavy emotions are burned and you can take the released energy.

Look at the violet flames.

Try to get your hands closer.

You can feel that the fire is warm,

But it's not burning you.

Take some of the flames in your hands and place them in the part of your body where you felt uncomfortable.

If you can't find this place,

You can put it inside your heart.

Feel how the warmth from the violet flames spread all over your body.

It heals you,

Bringing you more peace and relaxation.

Feel the flames of violet color inside every part of your body,

From head to toe.

I'll leave you to experience this feeling for a few minutes.

Slowly bring awareness to the place where you lie or sit down.

Bring awareness to your body.

You can try to move your fingers.

And as you exhale,

Open your eyes.

Take a deep breath in.

Take a deep breath in.

And as you breath out,

Open your eyes.
