I invite you to join a beautiful fire ceremony - a meditation with a candle flame. We'll burn all unnecessary things, keeping only what is you. You just need your presence and a candle for concentration to do this practice. The background music is by U-Music (“417Hz Positive Tibetan Meditation”).

For this meditation,

You need one candle.

We will need a candle fire for concentration.

It will also create a warm and cozy atmosphere.

If you don't have it ready,

Press pause and get it.

Place the candle in front of you and begin to breathe deeply.

Deep relaxed breathe in and deep relaxed breathe out.

Keep your focus on the candle and continue to breathe slowly.

This practice helps to switch the brainwaves and slow down the flow of thoughts.

Keep breathing slowly and relaxed.

Now mentally go inside this fire.

Imagine that you are inside a candle flame.

Yellow-orange flames surround you.

Feel the warmth around.

Now pay attention to your heart.

This is the hottest place inside the fire.

Like a candle flame,

You can try to easily swing from side to side or do other movements that you want.

This way you will tune in to the energies of fire.

Close your eyes and try to do this.

Keep breathing deeply.

Now you are fire and you can burn with your flame all the emotions,

Sensations,

Grievances,

Events that caused pain,

Worriness,

All the past that you do not want to see in the present.

Imagine how you burn it with your fire and turn it into ashes.

If you are struggling to burn it,

Put more oxygen into the fire by taking a deeper,

Stronger breath in and out.

You can do it with a noise.

This is not in you now.

It's not around.

It burned to ashes.

Imagine your body.

Has it become easier if you feel heaviness or discomfort somewhere?

Burn it too.

The fire transformed you.

What is not you was burned.

Only you are left.

Because you cannot be burned.

You cannot be destroyed.

Who are you?

You burned everything unnecessary,

Leaving only yourself,

Only your light.

Because light cannot be burned or destroyed.

Feel how you radiate your essence.

Your light.

Slowly return your attention to the place where you are sitting,

To your body.

You can move your fingers.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale open your eyes.

Look at the candle.

At the end of the practice,

We will do several cycles of deep breathing,

Absorbing the fire so that its warmth remains with you longer.

Take a deep breath in and exhale.

Exhale carefully,

Do not blow out the candle.

Breathe in and breathe out.

In and out.

May this light and warmness stay with you for a long time.
