The purpose of this course is to master your ability to heal through four main elements of nature: earth, water, fire, and air. I’ll share information about each element and healing practices that you can do. At the end of each lesson, there will be one practice that we will do together. You will also learn how to check the state of elements inside you, and we’ll integrate all elements together in the last lesson.
