It’s a really brave choice to explore the emotion of fear. We don’t often allow ourselves to go there, so I want to acknowledge you for showing up for yourself and giving this meditation a try. In this meditation we get into dialogue with fear, identify it, and slowly allow ourselves to let go of it and change it for a different emotion.
