Welcome to your practice.
This is a guided meditation.
Find a comfortable seat,
Have your back straight so your energies can flow perfectly.
Place your hands with your palms to the sky on your legs or knees.
Close your eyes and relax your face.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Notice how your stomach is moving with your breath.
Notice how your chest is moving with your breath.
Notice how the air around you connects with your body through your breath,
Letting it in,
Letting it out.
Do that a few times.
Now I would like you to listen to the sounds around you that are very far away,
Maybe outside on the street,
Maybe outside in this city or your village.
Try to hear the sounds very far away.
Now move your center of hearing a little bit closer to you.
Hear the sounds surrounding your house,
Down in the street,
Outside in the garden,
Wherever you are.
Just hear them.
Don't try to analyze,
Just let it be.
And then hear the sounds in your house,
In your room,
Close to you.
And then move it closer.
Maybe you can hear the sounds in your body.
Maybe your digestion is moving some water,
Some liquids.
Maybe you can even hear your blood moving in your veins,
Because it's moving all the time,
Every second of your life,
Until you drop the body.
But now you have it,
So try to listen.
Today I would like you to focus your attention in your left hand,
In the palm of your left hand.
To visualize this focus,
You can imagine yourself having a tiny little ball of light that is moving in a circle in the palm of your hand.
This light can have a color,
Whatever color you see or feel is right.
Imagine this light ball,
This source of energy,
Moving in your hand.
See if you can change the speed of the movement,
Maybe you can slow it down and speed it up.
Be playful with it and see if it helps you to really feel your hand,
Really feel your palm,
Feel your energy.
And now I'd like you to imagine a fire in your hand.
It's not gonna burn you,
It's not gonna be hot,
It's just energy,
An energetic fire.
See what color it has,
Maybe it's orange,
Maybe it's blue,
Maybe it's purple.
Depending on its frequency it's gonna look different,
Just feel it.
Now this is a fire of transformation,
It's a fire that lifts and elevates your spirit,
Your frequency.
It's a peaceful fire,
An energetic fire.
Now if you want you can keep it in your hand and if it feels right for you you can move it up your arm.
And while you move this fire I want you to imagine this fire to keep your body healthy,
Keep it at a good temperature,
A temperature that feels right for you.
But it burns out every fear,
Every piece of anger that you carry inside of yourself.
This is a cleansing fire.
Move it in your arm and see what it feels like.
Move it up your shoulder,
Piece by piece,
Bit by bit.
And when you're at your shoulder move it slightly back up your neck and now I'd like you to take a second and compare how your left arm and your left hand feels now and how your right arm and your right arm hand feels like.
Usually it's a huge difference but it always depends on your practice so if you don't feel a huge difference don't worry never judge yourself.
Okay so let's move the fire to our right hand so we can create balance in our system.
Slowly have it moving up your shoulder,
Down your arm.
Slowly reach your hand and have this peaceful fire,
This powerful vibration.
Have it energize both of your arms,
Both of your hands.
Just observe and see what it feels like.
Now I'd like you to go up to your head,
Have your cleansing fire in your face,
See what it feels like.
See what your head feels like.
You can imagine it burn away all of those unnecessary thoughts about I can't,
I have to.
Those are all illusions and this fire is gonna burn away all of those illusions.
We're gonna use our mind as a powerful tool here because that's what it is.
See how your head feels like.
Your ears,
Your eyes,
Your nose,
Your lips,
Your chin,
Even your teeth.
Energize everything with the power of this fire.
Now you can stay if that feels right for you or you can have your fire move down to your chest,
Down to your stomach.
See how it purifies your organs,
Your heart.
See what it does to your breath.
Move it down your spine,
Feel your bones,
Move it down your legs,
Your knees.
Slowly move it to your feet and your toes and take a moment here.
Enjoy this cleansing fire in your entire system.
Now we have an energy center in our body where the element of fire is at home.
It's our solar plexus.
It is below our heart.
See if you can feel the connection of your healthily burning body and this energy center.
People say this is where our character is located.
So today we're gonna give our character some fire,
Some balance,
Some clarity.
So I want you to send out everything that no longer serves you.
Everything that's holding you back from reaching your soul plan,
From reaching your own goals.
Everything that tells you you have to hold back.
You can't do certain things.
All of those negative voices,
Everything that is unkind,
You don't need it.
Let it go.
Free yourself from it.
Let this fire be a freeing fire,
A purifying fire.
Let it liberate you.
Let your mind be your liberator.
So now we're gonna strengthen our solar plexus,
Our fire chakra,
With our breath.
So when you breathe in,
I want you to imagine yourself breathing in,
Into your solar plexus.
Try to feel exactly where it's located.
It's at the end of your ribs,
So between our heart and our belly button.
Okay,
Breathe in and when you breathe out,
Breathe out from this center of fire.
Breathe in and breathe out.
It's like you're an ocean of fire waves.
And they're coming from the center of your body.
Going in and coming out.
And now I'd like you to imagine this fire becoming smaller.
When you breathe in,
A lot of it disappears in your fire chakra.
When it comes out,
Only a little bit comes out.
Make it become smaller.
And everything the fire leaves behind is your healthy body,
Your healthy system,
Your healthy thoughts.
Enjoy this peace inside of you.
Enjoy this freshly reawakened body and soul.
Enjoy your fresh thoughts because this is a fresh start for yourself,
For your system,
For the tracks of your daily thoughts.
Find new ways of thinking.
Find new ways of living.
Trust in your path.
Trust in the universe.
You're always guided.
You're always protected.
You're always loved.
You are connected to everything that is.
Because everything that is,
Is you.
And you're precious,
Like this moment.
