We all carry memories with us.
Some of those memories still have the power to poke us,
To scare us,
To bother us deeply.
Now why is that?
Sometimes we know those memories are long gone and we can't change them.
It's because the memories have a frequency that pokes us,
That is not in line with our system.
So what can we do to change the frequencies of those vibrations,
Of those memories?
Today I want to show you a simple technique of how to do that with the power of colors,
Which is the color of vibrations,
Which is everything we are because everything in the end comes down to vibration.
Find a comfortable seat,
A comfortable position,
Lay down,
Sit down,
Whatever feels right for you in this moment.
Close your eyes and relax your face.
Breathe in and out.
And now I would like you to go back to a situation that feels uncomfortable for you.
It can be a sad situation or a situation that gets angry.
Whatever the first situation is that comes up,
That pops up to your mind,
That is the right situation to work on in this moment.
So I would like you to remember this situation and try to feel the vibration of this situation.
What did it feel like?
What does it feel like for you today?
Maybe you had a fight with someone,
Maybe you were upset,
Maybe you were disappointed.
Whatever it is,
Go deep into the memory.
Fear the vibration.
Maybe you can even see where the vibration is hiding in your system.
Sometimes we have memories of anger in some organs.
Sometimes we can fear the position,
The location of this memory quite clearly.
We can locate it well and sometimes it's a bit more blurry.
But that's not important now.
The important thing is the vibration of the memory.
Try to fear that.
And try to look at it with the eyes of a scientist.
Don't judge yourself,
Don't judge the other person.
Just look at it as it is.
Observe yourself.
If this vibration is not in line with your system,
That causes your emotions.
So we're going to try to change this vibration today and we're going to use color for it.
Colors have vibrations,
Otherwise we wouldn't be able to see them.
So I would like you to imagine yourself holding a big brush and paint on this situation,
On the memory.
You can imagine yourself holding a photograph of it,
And painting on it,
Or you can paint in the situation as if it was in it.
Paint on the people,
Paint on the furniture,
Everything that you see,
Whatever comes up.
That's just right.
So take your brush,
Take on whatever color you want.
It can be a light blue,
A vibrant green,
A fresh yellow.
Try what feels best for you and paint the situation.
Change the color,
Because by changing colors you're also changing vibration.
It's the same thing that we do when we paint on a big canvas,
On a paper,
On whatever.
When we put paint on the surface,
We change the vibration of the surface.
So now we are changing the vibration of the memory.
Paint and observe what is happening.
Observe how the vibration of this memory changes.
So just watch yourself.
Now your thoughts will probably become more calm,
More at ease.
Take as much time as you need to paint,
To change.
Use your mind for this.
Your mind is a powerful tool.
Now take a look at your memory.
See what it makes you feel like now that you changed the color.
Does it still bother you as much?
Does it still scare you as much?
Do you still feel disappointed about it?
Take a deep breath in and breathe out all those emotions,
All those vibrations.
Everything that no longer serves you,
Connect it to this memory.
Let it go.
And take a look at your memory.
Take a look at the situation in the past.
See if peace has space now.
See if forgiveness has space now.
If needed you can say a prayer.
It says Heavenly Father,
I forgive myself.
I forgive whoever was involved in the situation.
I let go of this person in love and I'm thankful for the perfect solutions,
For the perfect guidance in all of my situations here,
Now and always.
Amen.
Observe what it does to you.
Observe what it does to your system.
Be patient,
Kind and loving with yourself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
See what your body feels like in this situation.
You can move your shoulders a bit.
You can move your neck a bit.
See how peaceful you are.
See how peaceful your thoughts are.
Slowly,
Whenever you're ready,
Open your eyes to the situation that you're in,
To the reality that you create for yourself.
