Our mind is a powerful tool. In this praxis, we´re practising how to use this power to release pain and transform pain. Any discomforting sensation is a frequency that is out of line with your system. Use the power of colours to change the frequencies. Be your power.

Our mind is a powerful tool.

Today we want to use this power to free ourselves from pain.

Close your eyes and start to breathe.

Notice how your stomach and your chest are moving with your breath coming in and out.

Be aware of the air that surrounds you.

Take it in.

Let it out.

Be connected.

Take a deep breath.

Let it out.

Let it out.

Let it out.

Let it in.

Breathe out and hold your breath for a bit.

Feels right for you.

Put your hands on your heart.

Feel your heartbeat.

Feel the energy in your chest.

Feel it moving in your system.

Them.

Try to be very attentive here.

Take a deep breath in and hold.

Try to feel your loving heart.

Breathe out.

Breathe in deeply and out and in and out.

Take a deep breath in again.

Breathe out and hold.

Your heart is beating for you.

And I chose to be here with you.

Just like you chose to be here in this physical body.

That doesn't mean it's easy.

It's not easy to be a human.

Today we want to make it a little bit easier.

Almost there.

Okay,

Take a deep breath in and hold.

Feel your energies here.

Feel how they're intensifying with your breath.

Breathe out.

Take some breath in and out.

Do that with a lot of joy and compassion.

Enjoy yourself being here.

Enjoy yourself breathing.

Your breath is connected to everything in you.

It's not only your lungs that are expanding with your breath.

All of your organs are connected to it.

All of your system,

The entire energy flow.

So whenever you feel stiff,

Whenever you feel like you're stuck somewhere,

Connect to your breath.

Intensify it.

Feel it.

Hold it.

And breathe joyfully.

Okay.

Now place your palms,

Your hands on your legs or knees.

So when you're in a laying position,

Place them next to your body.

And I would like you to feel them.

Feel your hands.

Your hands have been doing so much in your life and they're gonna do so much for you.

They are really special tools.

Feel the energy.

Now I would like you to imagine that you'd have a small bolt of energy.

It's like you're focusing your attention in the palm of your hand.

You can choose the left one for this.

So feel like you're having a small bolt of energy that is circulating in the palm of your hand.

This ball can have a color,

Whatever color you choose.

It's just right.

It can be smaller or bigger.

It doesn't matter.

It just matters that you feel it.

That you train your focus here.

And then you can stay in the palm of your hand for a little bit longer.

If that feels right for you,

You can visit your fingers each and leave one of them individually.

All of you feel like you already centered your attention quite well.

You can start moving it,

Your arm.

Move it up.

You can move it through your flesh,

Through your bones.

See what it feels like.

And what we're doing here is not just observing our body.

We're gonna scan it for a place that has tension or pain.

So move your attention through your body,

Through your system.

And stop it at a place where you feel any kind of pain,

Tension or anything that doesn't feel aligned with the rest of your system.

Have your attention pause at this place and try to locate this pain,

This frequency,

Whatever it is.

Try to locate it as precisely as possible.

And try to really feel this frequency.

Every pain is a frequency.

And every frequency has a color.

Try to feel it.

Try to see it.

Usually when it's pain,

It has a grayish or dark color.

Sometimes it's even red or purple.

Just try to see what it is.

And then if it feels right for you,

You can ask,

What are you?

Always be very gentle with yourself here.

Don't judge yourself.

We all carry those with us.

So make sure when you ask,

Whatever you do today in your practice,

Be kind,

Be gentle.

So maybe you get an answer from this frequency.

Maybe it says I'm pain,

I'm fear.

Maybe it even gives you more detailed information like,

I come from this situation.

Maybe it's something very old from another life.

Maybe it's something from last week.

Maybe it's something from today.

Whatever it is.

Try to see it.

And then no matter how much information you got,

Maybe you're just feeling the pain.

It's all right.

We can still change it.

So to change it,

We're going to use the power of colors because colors are different in different frequencies as well.

And whenever we are putting a higher frequency on a lower frequency,

The frequency changes.

So that's what we're going to do today.

So I would like you to imagine holding a brush.

You are an artist today.

You are the creator.

And this brush has whatever color you want.

It can have a yellow,

Sunny yellow.

It can have a green.

Whatever feels right for you in this moment.

I want you to paint it on the pain.

And just see what happens.

See how the frequency changes.

Now you can use that technique or if it feels better for you,

You can use a little ball of light.

Have it shining and whatever color feels right.

And have it twisting and turning on this frequency of your pain.

And see what that does.

Try to play with this to see what happens.

You are a scientist in your own body,

In your own system.

Make use of it.

Make use of your mind as best as you can.

Whenever you feel like your mind is wandering away,

Some thoughts are coming in and they want your attention.

Just come back to your breath,

To your practice.

Stay focused as much as you can.

Never judge yourself with practice.

It's going to come easier for you to focus yourself.

And so see if you want to stay at this place with your color,

With your paint.

Just observe and see what happens.

See if you already changed this frequency.

Maybe it changes just a little bit today.

Maybe you want to come back tomorrow and do it again.

Just like a painter doesn't finish every painting on one day.

He works as long as he has the right energy for it.

And then he comes back tomorrow.

That's what you can do with your system,

With your pain,

With any tension in your body.

So you can also scan your body for other tensions and other body parts and do the same paint on your body.

Change your frequency.

Lift yourself up.

Visit your body parts.

And even if you don't find anything that hurts,

Your body always likes to be visited by your focus,

By your attention.

Because your attention means energy.

And your body likes this energy.

It likes you to notice it.

It likes you to notice it's hard work because it's working for you all the time.

There's life in every part of your body.

There's always something being transported,

Being converted.

Try to feel it.

And then see if your body feels good like this now if you want to work on it a little bit more.

Take as much time as you want.

Take as much time as it feels right for you in this moment today.

You can always come back.

So if you're ready,

Slowly come back to yourself seated here.

Breathe in and out.

Thank yourself for your practice today.

Maybe you achieved a little bit of healing for yourself.

It might just be a tiny little bit but it's very precious because you're starting to learn how you can be your own healer,

How you can be your own doctor and how powerful the tool of your mind is.

Never forget that.

So however if you start your day now or your night or your afternoon,

Think of yourself as the creator of your reality.

You can change everything but always be kind and gentle with yourself.
