Welcome to a relaxing exercise that helps you to sleep deeply,

To relax to the fullest.

Find your position,

Lay down,

Sit upright,

See what feels right for you in this moment.

Getting your sleeping,

Getting your relaxation position.

Close your eyes and relax your face.

I want to take you on a journey now.

A journey of relaxation,

Of happiness,

Of beauty.

And I want you to know that everything that you see around you,

The beauty that you're creating in your imagination is your beauty.

So appreciate it as much as you can and see as much beauty in this exercise and in your daily life as possible.

I want you to start by taking some attention to your breath that comes in and goes out.

Try to enjoy this breath.

Feel how it connects you to the air around you,

To the world around you,

To the space around you.

And within the air around you.

And breathe it back out.

Feel your body in this moment.

See what it does.

And then I'd like you to imagine yourself laying or sitting,

Whatever it is that you're doing right now,

On a very,

Very green and lush meadow.

There's grass around you.

There are flowers around you.

There's peace around you.

Feel the grass underneath your body.

Feel your weight on it.

Feel yourself laying here on this soil.

What does it feel like to just be here and breathe?

You don't have to do anything in life.

The only thing that you have to do in life is dying.

One day,

When the time comes,

Everything else is not mandatory.

Everything else is up to you.

So let's make the best of it.

Let's be relaxed.

Let's enjoy.

Enjoy this grass around you.

Look at the flowers.

What colours do they have?

Look at the petals.

Maybe you can even smell the scent.

See the beauty around you.

There's some trees around you.

Their leaves are slowly moving with a soft breathe.

You can hear the soft melody coming from afar,

Moving through the air,

Coming to your ears and your system,

Giving you a warm and loving feeling that you can feel deep to your bones.

There are birds flying by,

Making sounds of love and happiness.

Listen.

See what you can hear.

One of those birds is landing quite close to you.

It's a beautiful bird.

It looks at you with the eyes of wisdom and it's inviting you to come and sit on him.

This bird is becoming really,

Really big,

Big enough for you to easily take place on its back.

So if you like,

And if it feels right for you in this moment,

Imagine yourself sitting on this bird,

Feeling its soft feathers and feeling the power of this bird moving its wings and leaving the ground to fly.

Fly with this bird,

Feel the air and see those flowers,

Those trees become smaller as you lift up.

You can fly with the other birds.

See the beautiful landscape beneath you.

There are rivers,

Lots of greenery.

Just look and observe while you're gently moving through the air.

The birds are flying lightly and softly with their powerful wings,

Sharing their space in the sky with you.

You feel safe.

You feel protected.

You feel warm as the sun is shining on your face.

You feel fresh as there is a soft breeze coming from the air,

Moving your clothes and your hair.

Hold on to the strength of this bird.

Enjoy this ride.

See what you can feel,

What you can see.

This is your relaxation.

This is your beauty.

This is your connectedness to the elements.

Feel it in your body.

Feel it in your system.

See what you can feel underneath you.

Maybe there's a deep forest,

A beautiful lake,

Some animals,

Maybe there's some humans living in simple houses and big houses and golden cities of marble and gemstones,

Human houses made of clay and straw.

Whatever it is that you can see,

Whatever it is that your imagination is bringing up for you.

See the beauty.

See the beauty in the people,

In the animals,

In the nature.

See the beauty in the connectedness.

You are an important part of this world.

Slowly when you're ready,

Have your bird fly you back to the space where you left off,

Or it can also drop you somewhere else.

See where you want to go,

See where you wanted to take you.

And then see the space around you.

As you land,

Everything's coming closer,

The trees,

Everything is becoming bigger.

And then have your bird land softly,

Securely.

Thank your bird for this journey,

For this magical tool.

And see it flying away from you,

Greeting you from the air with love and compassion.

And then take your spot.

See around you.

See where do you want to lay down and find your peace.

Find a comfortable spot.

Feel your body weight in the spot.

Feel how you are loved and protected,

Guided,

Understood,

Forgiven.

And seen with the eyes of compassion.

Find yourself here in peace and love and harmony with everything that is.

And just breathe,

Just breathe.

Enjoy,

Enjoy this moment.

Enjoy your body.

Enjoy your energies.

Let your frequencies be in the best way possible.

Let yourself be loved.

Be kind to yourself with your thoughts,

With the way that you think about yourself.

And just be.

You are surrounded by beauty.

You are surrounded by love.

There's understanding all over you,

All over the place.

There's forgiveness around you,

In your heart and everywhere around you.

Connect yourself to it.
