Forgiveness is the highest form of protection. Change your Memories by giving yourself what you would have needed to forgive because you always can forgive and that way change your now and the future as it´s all one. If you look at situations in your past, you might think certain things are unforgivable but this is an illusion as we are all just playing our roles in the big theatre of life. Open the doors of forgiveness for yourself and become rooted in the frequencies of your highest self.

Forgiveness is the highest form of protection.

We want to use this meditation today to get into this frequency,

The frequency of forgiving.

Find a comfortable seat if possible,

Sit with your back up straight or you can also lay down if that feels right in this moment.

Put your hands with your palms to the sky on your hands or knees or have them next to your body if you're in a laying position.

Close your eyes,

Relax your face and then start to focus on your breath.

Use it as a magnet of now.

Breathe in and out,

Feel how your stomach is moving with your breath.

Embrace your chest moving with your breath.

And then I would like you to think of the word forgiveness.

What does it feel like for you?

What's the frequency?

Do you feel it somewhere in your physical body?

Does it have a location for you?

Forgiveness.

And then I would like you to travel in your imagination to a moment when you were able to forgive.

Maybe you were forgiving yourself for something that you didn't like or you were forgiving someone else.

The first situation that comes up,

That's the situation you are supposed to go today in this moment.

So try to really go back,

Look at yourself,

Look at the situation.

Try to feel your emotions here,

Feel your frequency.

Try to understand this emotion,

This frequency,

The frequency of forgiving.

Maybe it has a color,

Maybe it has a scent,

Maybe you can locate it in your system,

In your body.

And observe,

Understand this frequency as well as you can.

Take a moment to embrace it.

And then when you are ready I would like you to go to another situation in your life where you were not able to forgive yourself or someone else.

And again go to the first situation that comes up.

This is the one we want to work on today.

And again we want to try to understand this frequency of not being able to forgive.

So try to really go into the situation,

Look at it,

Feel it,

Smell it,

Think it,

Use as many senses as possible.

Don't judge yourself,

Don't judge the other person,

Everyone who is involved.

Just try to observe,

Be like a scientist here.

What is happening?

What does it feel like?

What's the frequency of not forgiving?

What's the color?

Is it located in another part of your body,

In another part of your system?

The better you understand this the more you can master your future situations,

The more you can master your frequencies.

Because in these upcoming times that's gonna be a key.

So take your time,

Put in your energy,

Put in your thoughts,

Center your focus and learn as much as you can about yourself and about the universal frequencies.

The frequencies of forgiving are very important for humanity and for yourself.

So now we're gonna try to change this memory,

Change those frequencies.

So I would like you to think about yourself in this situation.

I would like you to go visit yourself and think about what is needed for you to forgive.

Maybe you wanna touch yourself on the shoulders,

Maybe you wanna look yourself into your eyes,

Maybe you feel like giving yourself a hug,

Give yourself some encouraging words,

Whatever it is,

Try to give that to yourself in this moment.

Try to encourage yourself in your abilities to forgive.

Because whatever happens there can always be forgiveness and it's gonna make you so much stronger.

It's gonna open doors for you.

So I would like you to look at yourself and see if there are any changes in the way you are in this situation as well as the other people in this situation if there are any involved.

See if they are behaving differently now.

See if they can have a conversation.

See if you wanna give them some love,

Give them a hug.

Do whatever you feel you can do to support this process.

And then see how the situation is changing.

See if there is space for forgiveness.

And see if the frequencies are changing.

See if your emotions are changing.

And then see if your body feels different now.

Go to the spot where you felt the frequency,

The sensation of not being able to forgive and look at it now.

See if it changed.

If it's still a bit tense or even hurts,

Has an unpleasant frequency,

I would like you to work on this spot.

Give it some love,

Give it some light so you can imagine yourself having a ball of light,

A shiny light.

You can have whatever color you want it to be,

Whatever color you need.

And use this frequency of healing,

This frequency of the creation and have it moving,

Have it dancing on this spot and see if there is something changing.

Just observe and then see the connection to your situation.

See how the healing is growing.

See how your focus is changing.

See how your system is stabilizing.

And let yourself be energized.

Free yourself from this burden of unforgiveness,

Of ever thinking that there's anything unforgivable.

There's no such thing as such.

There's always the possibility,

The opportunity for forgiveness.

So step into the strength and forgive.

Let go of everything that is holding you back.

Breathe in deeply and see if there's anything that would like to be in your outbreath,

Anything that wants to leave your body like that.

Make space for your healing.

Make space for protection,

For abundance,

For growth.

Let yourself be guided.

Feel free to open your arms to the endless possibilities of this life.

And then look at this frequency in yourself.

Just observe how you're feeling now.

What does your body feel?

See how you're feeling now.

See how you're feeling now.

See how you're feeling right for you.

You can change all of your memories and that way change your now,

Change this moment for as long as you want to.

And if you like,

You can come back to yourself seated here,

To yourself laying here.

And as you come back,

I would like you to give yourself some good affirmations for your day,

For your night,

For whatever processes you're in right now.

And tell yourself,

I forgive myself and whoever I am supposed to be forgiven to.

I am in the frequency of forgiveness and my forgiveness is my strength.

It's my power,

My intuition,

My guidance.

I am deeply grounded in the frequencies of my higher self.

I'm guided and I trust in my soul plan,

My divine inner compass,

My own beauty.

And I create whatever abundance I can imagine myself to stand in every day.

Abundance is my natural state and I open myself to the freedom,

The freedom that I can handle every day.

And with my growth,

With my strength,

My intuition,

I am able to handle my freedom more and more every day.

I am deeply grounded in my joy,

My laughter,

My peace and my forgiveness.

I am and we are forgiveness.

Take some time for those words to flow in your system.

Let them guide you on your daily endeavors and whatever challenges may come up,

Know that you're guided,

Protected and loved.
